Fantastic experience: Amazing professional staff. Large facility with plenty of bags and mat space. There is a boxing ring available too. Place is very clean and bright. Exercise machines, stretching area and free weights available. Free on site parking. Octagon Store inside for all your MMA needs. Lodge upstairs if you are waiting around. Bus stops near by.

Fantastic experience: What stands out about Evolve is the staff. They genuinely care about you. They’re friendly, understanding and passionate. I’m by no means an athlete but they treat me with the same respect and care as anyone else. They made me feel welcome. For a guy who hates working out, that’s everything. I actually enjoy going there because I know they’ll be there pushing me to be my best.

Fantastic experience: Best Club in the Niagara Region its like family training there everybody is so helpful and coaches are all extremely skilled and patient.When we get back to normal again I hope everybody continues to support Evolve and repay the clubs hard work with their loyalty its been a rough go for club management.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym!! All the trainers are highly qualified & are either professional &/or competitive athletes themselves. They honestly go above & beyond to help you reach your goals! (Can't say enough about Cody Kent...never lets me give-up!) Whether you're interested in MMA or just looking to get an awesome workout, you're sure to find a class or classes that meet your needs! Classes are offered early morning, mid-day & evening which makes it easier to fit into your daily routine! I'm not an athlete, I'm simply someone who is trying to get healthy, fit & lose weight in the process. I've always found gyms to be intimidating but have always felt right at home at Evolve...never judged, always encouraged (been here 4 yrs & counting) & all the trainers are more than willing to modify the workout for you if needed. It really is a fabulous place to workout regardless of your fitness level. And the best part is the friendships that develop with the people you workout with!. Love my gym family! :) They offer a 1 week free trial, so go check it out! P.S. The monthly rate which includes unlimited classes is extremely reasonable too!

Fantastic experience: SHORT REVIEW: Evolve is not only an MMA gym that is proficient in teaching students from complete novice individuals all the way to amateur and professional level athletes. The club is also a wonderful team/family environment fitness center that has helped, is helping and will continue to help individuals reach a higher level of health, both mentally and physically. LONG REVIEW: I moved to St. Catharines five years ago and joined Evolve shortly after. I have watched the club grow from a great club to a down right amazing club. In my childhood I tried a number of martial arts gyms and they all left a sour taste in my mouth. I felt the teachers were out of shape and perhaps not even authentic practitioners of the martial art form they claimed to be masterful in. By my late teens I was discouraged and had some what given up on the idea of ever having the martial arts experience I wanted. I came to evolve as one final attempt after having had a negative experience at the first club I went to in Niagara Region. Well, five years later, I still love the club, I still love the coaching staff and the members. Every time I visit the facility, Sam Yos (BJJ Black Belt), Cody Kent (Proffesional MMA fighter and Kick Boxer) and Coach Anthony (Retired international Muay Thai Champion) have something new to teach. Like the name of their gym, these gentlemen's own skills in both coaching and martial arts are constantly evolving. The class atmosphere is inviting, exciting and intense. You will work hard and you will love yourself for it. You will love the way you look and feel and you will love knowing you are developing a new set of skills that perhaps you never even knew you had.

They offer a wide range of training options for every level of fitness or martial art preference.The coaches are well trained and all pro's in their respective martial art. Highly recommend this gym. Another plus is its family friendly and they have programs for your little ones. Go try it out they offer a free week trial period! You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I cannot comment on the mma part of the gym, but I can comment on the fitness classes. A great group of trainers and fitness family. They care about your well being and will work with modifications to help you thru the classes. They will push you to be your best without putting you in danger of injury. Trainers are well trained and love what they do. You can see that when they work with you. If your looking for a place to workout ... give them a chance.

Fantastic experience: Excellent martial arts and fitness club with a wide variety of classes appropriate for all ages. Dedicated trainers and club members provide a challenging and highly motivating atmosphere. I’ve really enjoyed and benefited being a part of the AM fitness class in the mornings.

Fantastic experience: The best!!! As a father I have no words to express how grateful I am, and how satisfied with evolve. Our kids are so motivated. And teachers are always so educative and caring. One of our kids was close to one year in a different academy and was a waste of time and money. We feel we have absolutely made the right choice. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a nogi class while visiting family for xmas. First off, this is the nicest facility I've ever trained at: 2 large mat spaces, a ring, a lounge, gym equipment area, clean bathrooms, showers. Everyone was very welcoming. The BJJ instructor, Vince, taught some Williams guard techniques including a slick choke I've never seen before. Got in a few good rolls and overall it was a very enjoyable visit. I'll probably be back next xmas!

Fantastic experience: Best martial arts gym in St. Catharines and Niagara region! Quality facility and coaches makes every class challenging while being fun. The community within the gym is also superb. Great people makes training easier. Highly recommended for people of all ages and skill level, I joined with no martial arts background and I'm loving it!
