Fantastic experience: My 3 year old son was extremely nervous to go to gymnastics after having limited social interactions for so long due to the pandemic. He has major separation anxiety and cried when I left him. Coach Tehya made him feel so comfortable and after a few classes and lots of TLC he was so happy! Thank you Tehya!

Positive experience: Had my kids in a program here. Overall was a decent experience, however, the coaches are mostly children and the drop off and pick up is hectic to say the least. 10 am start typically ended up being 10:10 or so because pandamonium. Parking lot is very crammed as well. Should stagger classes to avoid all this.

Fantastic experience: My son went here for a birthday party. The facility was clean and the staff friendly. My son enjoyed the Minecraft themed party with plenty of physical activity.

Fantastic experience: My children have both had birthday parties at Rideau Gymnastics (In January, my son had a gymnastics-themed party and just today- in June- my daughter had a pottery-themed party). The staff are super professional and yet personable. My daughter also does gymnastics here and both she and my son will continue doing gymnastics in the fall. I can never speak highly enough about Rideau Gymnastics. Loyal to this establishment. Thanks for continuing to wow me!!!

Fantastic experience: Truly incredible group of people. This facility was built out of love and it shows, in everybody's smiles-->from the owners to the membership! Something for all ages, multi-faceted environment, including Mon-Fri kids drop-ins from 10am-12pm, daytime classes,YOGA, and evening physics lessons to name a few. What a great place to spend Sundays for recreational gymnastics fun :)

Fantastic experience: Good location, super friendly and experienced staff, brand-new equipment. Basically all you need to forge a world champion from your child. :) I am super happy with my daughter progress. Definitely would recommend this gym!
