Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I completed the 21 day trial and had a lot of fun with it! I really enjoyed the workouts and was able to try out new recipes that were part of my meal plan. My Coach Issa was amazing and super motivating throughout the whole 21 days. Thank you so much for keeping me on track with my fitness goals :)

Fantastic experience: I participated in the 21 day transformation program and it was an awesome experience! A cookbook is provided and it may seem uninviting in the beginning, the recipes are actually delicious. It provides you with everything you need as you embark on a healthy lifestyle journey. The support is exceptional! I worked with Issa and he never once made me feel like I was alone in this. He made sure to check in with me to make sure I was comfortable with the program or satisfied. He was with me for the entire 21 days. I appreciate you so much for everything you've done!! Let me just inform you like with anything, you have to work hard for the results you desire. You can't have the same eating habits and expect change. You have to have the mindset to put in the work. I would recommend this program to anyone that's looking to change their life for the better!

Fantastic experience: I did the 21 day program with Issa Wheb as my coach. The program was a great way to help me stay on track with my goals and the workouts were fun and showed good results. Issa was very great to have as a coach, always there for support, motivation and to check in on my progress.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism Thank you for the experience K2fit ! I was able to learn a lot about myself and got stronger, after the 6 weeks challenge I lost 6% of body fat thanks to the coaches and their great fitness program and meal plan.

Positive experience: I was blessed with Coach Issa. And I feel that I have found a friend for life! That is how friendly and encouraging he has been! The workouts are about half an hour- and EFFECTIVE!! I don’t think I could go a lot longer actually. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 stars is bc of my OWN shortcomings with the computer..but that was my own fault... But he was patient and explained how to zoom and what I needed to do with my watch etc. And on a side note-even though it has nothing to do with the program itself- when I asked why he had shaved his signature beard off.. and he replied that it was not perceived as being professional enough.. I say if you are doing your job well- shouldn’t be an issue!! Thanks Coach Issa for the help getting me back on track

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication Coach Issa was with me each step of the way and gave me the motivation to get through the tough weeks. Fantastic experience: I completely the 21 day challenge with coach Issa. I absolutely loved the work outs they were hard but pushed me to do better. In the challenge they provided you with a coach that was with you step by step. A cook book with recipes that you are required to follow. The recipes were delicious. I absolutely loved the over night oats for breakfast. If you ever had any questions, Issa always responded. I did loose 4 pounds, and I started to tone in my legs, arms and my stomach. I would definitely recommend this weight lost program to anyone looking to loose a few pounds and tone up. This program gave me more confidence in my self.

Fantastic experience: Coach Issa kept me on track. He explained everything perfectly so that I could succeed. The plan itself is pretty easy to follow the way they have it set up. Definitely strict, but got the weight off.. It was up to me to follow the guidelines and when I did I saw immediate results. So thankful to be able to do the free 21 days. If I could (had more money) I'd definitely stay on this plan. Can't thank you all enough, especially Coach Issa!

Fantastic experience: 21 Day Challenge. This is a great program for people who need an extra push to start their weight loss journey. My issue was accountability. My coach was excellent. Issa is down to earth, professional, caring, a very good listener, inspiring and an all out good person. The trainer was funny and energetic. The workouts are short but effective. All in all I could not have gotten a better experience from anyone else. 5 stars because I couldn't give 10. I lost 12bs in the 21 days.

Fantastic experience: The workouts are quick and dirty. You get the workout you need and you get it in half an hour. Kristina is a great workout motivator. The diet in the 6 week challenge, although difficult, produced results.

Fantastic experience: I was part of the 6 week challenge that they offered. The workouts were a hard hitting 30 minutes, and Coach Kristina was a great motivator. She made the workouts easier or more difficult depending on your abilities. She really pushed me to my limits. The diet was a difficult adjustment, but was definitely a major factor in my success. Fantastic experience: Great environment and everyone was so encouraging to one another. I reached my goal and feel great because of it. The workouts were perfect because they were intense and would be over in a half hour. Overall I had a great experience.

Positive experience: I was looking for a kick in the butt to get back to working out and eating healthy again, and this was exactly what I needed. A hard but fast workout 3 times a week with motivating trainers and a meal plan to keep you on track. I lost 4% body fat in the 6 weeks and can feel (and see) the strength and fitness I've gained. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: The K2XFit 6 week fitness challenge was a great experience for me. Coach Kristina started by creating a personalized meal plan around my dietary restrictions and a fitness goal for me to follow and work towards. The meal plan was simple to follow as a grocery list and recipes were provided. The workouts are offered at various times throughout the day. What made it so easy to fit the workouts into my schedule was that they were only 27 minutes long. The workouts are very efficient and very effective. While working out on the mats, Coach Kristina pushed me past physical limits I did not know I could exceed. She closely monitored everyone working out to modify workouts to individual needs as well as to ensure proper form, accountability and motivation. After each workout, Kristina gathered all members and shared some positive insights and words of encouragement to carry with us throughout the rest of the day. Not only did this continue to motivate me to make healthy choices, it created a strong sense of community and belonging with all members. Off the mat, Coach Kristina was always available to answer any questions in a prompt manner. With her knowledge and expertise on health and fitness, she was able to seamlessly adjust my meal plan when necessary to support my goals and success. As someone who has always lived an active lifestyle such as playing sports and going to the gym, I have not attained results even comparable to what I have attained in 6 weeks at K2XFit. I would absolutely recommend the 6 week challenge to anyone who is considering trying it.

Fantastic experience: Great workouts and meal plans. Just three days a week for 35min and you can hit your goals of weight or fat loss. I wasn't overweight but just wanted to be leaner. After just 6 weeks, I lost my stubborn 10lbs and I'm at an incredible 12% body fat level!

Positive experience: Words can not express the feeling I have right now. I was a skeptic, at the same time I put my trust into this program. I can tell you there was up and down, I follow the program to the letter that I could and able to accomplish an amazing transformation. Not only it gave me the confidence of possibility, that I can continue this journey and start my new life style vs going back to my old eating habits. I've learn to control my portion and cut my sugar and salt to 0 in 6 weeks and survived. I want to personally thank the team, and their hard work to make this possible. I recommend this to anyone who is struggling with weight lost, as the result are noticeable and the feeling of accomplishment is real.

Fantastic experience: This is absolutely the best present you can give yourself. I found all the instructors to be extremely knowledgeable, and they are flexible with having alternative exercises when you have injuries. The challenge does work, and will leave you wanting to continue.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing and gym and program! I successfully completed the 6 week challenge and I am thrilled I took a chance on the them. I feel stronger and healthier and more alive than I have in years! Never in my life have I enjoyed working out but theses workouts are so much fun. I have yet to have one day when I didn't feel like going to workout. Peter is a fantastic coach and very supportive and I highly recommend you join him on the mats!

Positive experience: I joined as part of the 6 week challenge. The workouts are great and definitely helped me to strengthen my core, tone up and lean down postpartum. A lot of lbs were shed or shredded on those mats in just a few weeks.

Positive experience: Six weeks ago I signed up for this challenge not knowing what to expect. After the first night I was not sure that I was going to make it to the end of the challenge. Thanks to k2Xfit kanata coaches, Kevin, Kristin's and especially Peter Hanna, all the encouragement and nutritional guiding help me reach my goal for the challenge. I started at 248.8lbs, tonight I am 223.4. Besides the loss of weight I have not felt this good for a long time. Thank you.

Positive experience: I joined the 6 weeks challenge at K2XFiT to gain self confidence, strength, and get in better shape. The workouts are fun and amazing that made me loose 13 lbs. and 7.3% of body fat. I wanna thank all the coaches who keeps pushing and motivating us, without your support I might have given up on my first week.
