Nav Fit

NAV Fit is a fully-equipped gym with cardio and training machines, free weights, sauna, 25-meter pool and double gymnasium. Outside the building boasts tennis, volleyball, baseball and soccer facilities as well as access to many waterfront recreational paths. NAV Fit offers equipment rentals, personal training, fitness classes, as well as extensive aquatic and specialty programming. We have everything to ensure you get a great workout today and everyday until you reach your personal fitness goals!

Currently NAV Fit, including the pool, remains closed to the public indefinitely. Access to the NAV Fit facilities are only open at this time to select groups. Any plans for reopening NAV Fit to the public will be communicated through our website and on our social media channels. Thank you for your continued support.

Great club! Being new to Cornwall I was lucky to find exactly what I was looking for at the NAV… customer service at reception is always efficient and friendly. Sylvie is a real pro at what she does and so are all the instructors.

We try to swim 3x week. Love that towels and lockers supplied and the pool has open and lane swims available. Friendly staff, excellent membership pricing. Have used the gym and weight room too.

Started taking the “Healing Waters” fitness class to help with my knee replacement. This has helped immensely with strengthening and mobility issues I was having. Great course.
