Fantastic experience: You will be in good hands working out here. Tom really knows his stuff and will tailor his workout regimen individually for you. Everyone should try a few sessions with him. Plus it's a genuine family atmosphere, always a pleasure every visit.

Fantastic experience: I stopped by last week for the first time and purchased a day pass, as I was in town visiting family. Tom was so friendly and kind! He asked me what I was hoping to do and showed me where to find everything I needed for my workout! The following day, I stopped by again and he remembered my name and greeted me with a smile. Enough about Tom though, let's just talk atmosphere.. This place is unlike any other gym I've been to before - in the best way ever. You walk in and you feel ready to conquer your workout. You feel empowered. You feel strong. There's something for everybody, in every BODY. Whether you're a serious athlete or even a beginner - check out Quest. You won't be disappointed :)!!!

Fantastic experience: Tom Irvine is by far the most knowledgeable personal trainer and gym owner I've ever met. His passion for health and fitness translate to an excellent facility where everyone feels at home to workout. If I was still living in Cornwall, I would without a doubt be working out at Quest. In the meantime, I am following Quest on Facebook where Tom shares interesting and fresh fitness tips with his followers! Keep up the incredible work, Tom! Your community is grateful for you!

Positive experience: Went here with my school, just across the road. Very friendly staff. I'm not sure about the prices, but definetly worth it. they make sure the machines are sanitized well. Always encouraging you. Would reccomend to anyone,

Fantastic experience: Here for a couple weeks needed a place to train. Wow this place has some cool equipment. Also everything you could possibly need. Locker rooms are pretty haggered but w/e. Great place to get some gains. lol
