Negative experience: Don’t waste your money I spent over $1000 and no results other than constant harassment from a trainer texting me. You can’t shower here there is no air conditioning it’s scorching hot and the owner double dips into your account so I suggest any prior people that belonged to this gym to check your bank accounts and any current members.

Fantastic experience: I thought I should share my excellent experience of enrolling and working out at ABS Gym. Being unaware of the gyms in my area, I looked up the internet to see the possibilities near me. Having visited a few before making my decision on where to enroll, I finally ended choosing ABS Gyms, and I am glad that I did ! I had specific concerns regarding which exercise program and regimen to choose, for both my wife and me, to take our fitness to the next level. Being complete novices in this area, we needed help in deciding which program to follow, where to start and what to aim for. Jason (the owner) was very helpful in my initial meeting, explaining the carious membership options, programs, gym timing, etc. We had a long session with him, going over our options, and then deciding on a specific action plan. We felt that Jason’s help and guidance was instrumental in our starting off efficaciously and efficiently. I must add here that, over the course of the next year, Jason and the gym staff continued to assist us in tweaking our program, and that made, and continues to make, all the difference. The gym itself is spacious, well-equipped and efficiently maintained. Unless someone has something very extraordinary to train for (and I cannot imagine what that might be), one’s gym needs will be adequately met here. Furthermore, there is stress on the cleanliness of the various machines and miscellaneous equipment, which I personally feel to be essential. Though we have not participated in special group classes, there are many such activities, if that is of interest and needed by anyone. And, of course, there are special trainers for one-on-one classes and needs. The costs of the gym are reasonable, and we think it provides value for money. We especially like the timings (0630 am till 2030 every night, with the weekends being a little different). This suits our needs most proficiently. I dare say it will suit most everyone’s needs too. Negative experience: Stay away from this place. They are dishonest and do not use proper legal agreements. They use tactics to pressure people into getting memberships they cannot afford. Especially if you’re on ODSP or some form of government assistance. They take advantage of people who have trouble understanding and pressure them into handing over their money. This is a heartless company. Buyer beware.

I did a personal fitness program and 10 training sessions with Gillian who is highly knowledgeable and motivational. She helped me push past the pain and gave me confidence in executing my fitness program on my own going forward. She will show you what you are capable of and then it's on you to show up! The owner Jason is very welcoming and inspiring, the personal trainers create a great environment to learn. I am very happy to discover this gym. I joined in July of 2024 for summer challenge and the difference in my body movement is undeniable. It was a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Group classes are great and all different levels! It felt like a good workout and the small class size was great for the coach to be able to help everyone. Modifications are possible if anyone needs them. The trainer Gillian is very talented and knowledgeable. I love this facility and, more importantly, this community!! I will definitely be back and will share with friends! Fantastic experience: Went to a few gyms over a month ago to ask questions about rates and more importantly about support and help to try and achieve my goals. Came away impressed after talking to Jason. Slept on my decision for a couple days and decided to commit to Absolute Body. Very happy with my decision. They give positive support which makes my commitment easy. It’s not big and fancy but it works!

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent place to work out. It has all the equipment, including cardio machines and weights I need for my work out to get back into shape. It has three separate work out areas, lots of natural lighting and of course, mirrors to help motivate and guide me along.Other trainers are cordial yet friendly and wait time to use the equipment is minimal. Appealing to me especially are the early to late evening g hours and FOB access. The premises do not have that awful. ‘Gym’ smell common in bigger places and the equipment always works and is well organized. The owner with helpful tips and advice is usually nearby if needed. For me at least it is conveniently located with ample free parking and useful shops close by. I like this place. Michael Hall

Negative experience: This place is a total SCAM!!! They make you feel terrible about your body and than pressure you into programs that are way too expensive. Than when u have a problem they avoid contact! Absolutely the most disgusting buisness behaviour Ive ever witnessed! DO NOT GO HERE! You are 100% better off at the world gym 5 min away. And don’t even get me started on him pressuring you to give him good reviews, guy didn’t shut up until I gave him one, had to come back and change it once i left.

I crossed the 50 barrier with a spare tire and a warm blanket of fat covering what used to be my abs. Then, I met Jason, owner, professional bodybuilder, nutritionist, amateur motivational speaker, and comedian. If you're looking for a “plan" to shape your lifestyle for a healthier you, GO SEE JASON! Motivation and commitment are his languages, and he will build you a plan to look better, eat better, live healthier, and enjoy the process. I highly recommend his 90-day challenge as it will give you the results and motivation to continue a healthy lifestyle.

I got a personalized workout plan/nutrition plan as well as sessions with a personal trainer. I am extremely impressed with the knowledge and skills that Jay and Brandon have!
