Positive experience: High quality equipment for the various exercises in a work out routine. Open 24 hours is always a big plus. No more procrastinating about not having enough time to get there. I like the cardio area upstairs and space to stretch before and after a good workout.

Colin has a great selection of equipment and training programs for every persons level. Great convenience with the gym being open 24 hrs. He also keeps everything very clean and up to date. Really feel like I'm part of a family with the early morning workout team that is there. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Great equipment, and the 24 hours of operation make it very easy for anyone to keep up with their schedule. It is never too busy, but the other members are very nice and not judgmental. It is worth every penny and would definitely recommend over any other larger gym company in the city.

Fantastic experience: Bodyshop member for 4 months here, really really great place, convenient hours, clean, and brand new equipment thats constantly being updated, a turf section upstairs for crossfit what else can you ask for in a gym! I consequently cancelled my membership because of distance, but the owner was very understanding about it, and even gave me some great advice with some problems I was having with a martial arts gym! I will definitely be back, its a no bs kind of gym and its a great deal for what they offer.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym! Prices are good, especially for students who attend Brock. Great for powerlifters and bodybuilders, plus it has a great turf pad with sled on the 2nd floor. Optimum for serious gym goers.
