Fantastic experience: This place is awesome, most times I go I can get right into whatever I need to do. Staff is always friendly, smiling, welcomes and says goodbye and is always willing to help. The facilities are clean and equipment is in good shape. Love this gym!

Positive experience: I have been going there since it first opened. I am over 50 and work out 4 to 5 times a week. I go between 6am and 9am. It is never crowded. The regulars are friendly. Going between 4 pm and 7pm is very busy and I don't bother unless i just want to do cardio. For the price I pay I can't complain except when someone uses a machine in a way that it was not intended. That drives me crazy as some machines then don't work properly. Staff should monitor and prevent that. Rebecca is a manager there she is always so nice and helpful.

Positive experience: Good bang for the buck if you're not to worried about looks. Great deal for younger men and women to have a space to get active. Meets all my basic requirements. Sauna is finally back open!!

Fantastic experience: I love world gym @ st catharines. Staff are respectful ,Responsible and I believe this gym is best in niagara region. When I go to workout at my set time I see same group of people working out so this mean that people are consistent and like to come to gym. The atmosphere is so vibrant ,staff are fit and great in shape . Equipment are clean and always available . My ask is please include more equipment for legs .Manish Parmar

Fantastic experience: Today I went into World Gym St Catharines (around 6pm). The quality of this gym is hard to beat! The staff are all extremely helpful. I feel a lot safer here knowing that they are enforcing lots of safety precautions due to Covid. The ladies behind the front desk were doing a great job! Keep up the good work WG!

Fantastic experience: Good gym at a good price! Only complaint is that they close early on the weekends and that it can get pretty crowded there. It would be awesome if they offered free wifi also!

Fantastic experience: The Ontario st. Location in St. Catharines is great! The staff always say hello and good bye, are very friendly and polite! The equipment is clean and diverse and the membership is very flexible! Great experience overall!

Fantastic experience: I love working out at World Gym at night. I usually go with a friend. I love that there's usually not busy, there are tons of machines available, music or your buds. It's a very clean place and the employee that works at night is nice to look at ;) That helps too! Good job World Gym!

Fantastic experience: I Love World gym. I have a membership at goodlife as well and the only real difference is the price. 10$ a month at World and 70$ a month at goodlife. Unfortunately there isnt a World gym close to my place in Vaughan so I need both.

Fantastic experience: Lots of machines for all your needs. Friendly staff, good classes and other programs, organized and clean free weight area. They've also got a women's only area if you want to workout in a semi private space. Changerooms were clean, hot showers, and a humid sauna.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, can't complain at all about the facilities. The staff are super friendly and always greet you on your way in. The only downsides is how busy it gets at peak hours (5 PM, for example) and that it's on a very busy part of Ontario Street.

Fantastic experience: how can a gym suck if its got weights and a squat rack what else do u need see it not the gym its this fancy training think about it as long as it not the planet where u cant sweat it not the gym it what u make of that time

Fantastic experience: Good rates and very clean gym with lots of new equipment. It's never too busy that you can't get the workout in that you need. The gym also offers a basketball court, women's only section, massage beds that you pay extra for, and classes.

Fantastic experience: I went for the first time on Friday. I thoroughly enjoyed myself for such a large facility the staff count on the people who use the facility to clean up after themselves which I am pleased to say they do. I recently had full knee replacement surgery and was able to do my exercises as well as ride a bike. I had an amazing experience. Next time I go I will access the tanning bed and massager for a reasonable price of course only $6.00. The 2 are free with a certain membership. I encourage anyone who wants to lose weight built up or just get in shape to go

Her positive attitude demonstrated that she really enjoyed what she was doing and really appreciated my presence. I definitely will look into obtaining a membership at this particular location. Fantastic experience: Just started getting back to working out and I love this gym. Lots of people complain about hidden fees, but I have never had much of an issue. There was a stop payment on my account for a couple months and they did try to take our money, but I went in and told them about it and got my money back and continued paying for it again. Overall, minus the payment thing, a great gym

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff and friendly environment, lots of weights and machines for all types of training, although it seems to take forever to get equipment fixed/repaired, when it breaks it is usually down for awhile but they have lots of selection which seems to help. You can't beat the price for the monthly membership, clean tanning beds, awesome hydro massage beds, they even offer a wide variety of classes. The change rooms are a little tight depending on what time you go due to the lockers being stacked on top of another but that shouldn't matter as you go to workoutout, not to socialize in the change rooms. Overall it is an awesome Gym, I would highly recommend checking then out!

Fantastic experience: Staff is extremely friendly and the facilities are very clean, with modern equipment. For the price, it can't be beat. (Tanning and hydromassage are great perks for 20$/month. Also, being able to bring a friend FOR FREE each time you go is worth the upgrade from the basic 10$ membership) The business can't help what kind of clientele they have, or how busy it is, so with the things they can control, this gym is great.

Fantastic experience: Brand new equipment, friendly staff. Busy but never had a problem having to wait for a machine, and usually doesn't stay super busy for long. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Staff is great; friendly and helpful. Even though it can get quite busy the facility is kept quite clean and I have never had to wait for a machine which are all new. Most of the other members are very friendly and are a great mix: beginners, intermediate & experienced, a welcome atmosphere for all. And for $10/$20/month this is a great deal and I am very glad I joined. I recommend to everyone and those who complain should give their heads a shake and go pay $$$$$$$ somewhere else.
