We've undertaken many new sanitization steps for everyone's safety, and you'll notice aspects of the White Oaks Clean Care Program throughout the Club
Members feeling ill, with fever/chills, sore throat, new or worsening cough, difficulty breathing or any possible COVID symptoms we ask that you postpone your visit to the club. Members should not return to the club until they are symptom free. We currently have a system called Gametime that members used to book spin classes and court times. We will be using Gametime for all bookings. All members who do not have an account with gametime should set up their account as soon as possible with the instructions below. We encourage everyone to make their bookings online. Our Club Desk can assist in Gametime bookings if needed.
We must ensure our club is meeting and even exceeding the recommendations set by public health authorities and may close amenities where risk factors exist.
Front Desk: Team Members behind the desk will be able to assist one person at a time, other members waiting will do so at the designated areas indicated on the floor or by the stanchions.
Washrooms: Washrooms will be available in the locker rooms and single use washroom facilities throughout the building. Washrooms will be cleaned frequently throughout the day. We encourage all members to remember to wash their hands thoroughly for 20 seconds at minimum.
Grow will open along with us and we encourage all members to download our Reward app to pre-order online for mobile pick up. Our app is available in the itunes store or google play store for android. Our food services have their own Clean Care protocols

Fantastic experience: The fitness area is nice. We were here from the US for tennis Futures and really enjoyed the hospitality of all the people around there. The food was great especially smoothies! I enjoyed a nice layout and a lot of room to explore. There are outlets too just across the road. Very convenient. The tennis experience was an utter disappointment. My son never got a chance to play in Qualifying in spite being one of the first alternates. This entirely warrants another trip to ANY Canadian Futures. Sorry guys.

Positive experience: I would give the club a 3 star rating because, though it's a very good club but the only thing i don't like about it is the gym timing. Monday to Thursday it should be open 24 hours and friday it should be at least till 11pm and Saturday and Sunday till 10pm. I hope they realize this thing and decide to change the time. Rest everything is good.
Fantastic experience: Visited the club as a guest at the hotel. I have to say I was floored by how great it was. Everything is brand new which I'm sure contributes to the experience but even so, the staff and amenities were top notch. I don't live nearby but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to become a full time member.
Fantastic experience: The fitness club is awesome! I joined about a month ago, they treat you like family. Very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Everyone from the staff & trainers to the members, they all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and like family. When I looked around for a club/gym to join at first I thought it was expensive to join White Oaks, but when you look at everything they have to offer and the fact that you can't put a price on making new friends, networking and that sense of welcomeness (yes I know that's not a word...lol) that everyone gives you and knowing that everyone is there to support you, then it makes White Oaks a bargain!! Everything from their classes, Human Performance Centre (my favorite), Weight & Cardio, racquet courts, Locker room with sauna & steam room and pool is top notch, I was blown away! I challenge anyone to find a world class club like White Oaks and no matter where you live, trust me, it's worth the drive!
