Cheer Sport Sharks All-Star Cheer Gym

Negative experience: If you're considering enrolling your child in recreational cheerleading here, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. We had high expectations based on the facility's reputation, but our experience was disappointing from the start. The parking situation is chaotic, with the driveway being difficult to navigate and insufficient parking for the number of people attending. The class itself is held in what feels like a storage closet at the back of the building, labeled a "rec room." There's no proper viewing area for parents—just a small window in the door, where we had to take turns peeking in. The space is so cramped that it feels unsafe. In the second week, my daughter was accidentally kicked in the face because there simply wasn’t enough room for the kids to practice safely. The instructors seemed disengaged, treating the time more like a yap sesh than actively teaching or helping the kids learn. Instead of focusing on cheerleading fundamentals, the time felt wasted. Parents are left standing in a dark hallway with no seating or accommodations to watch or wait comfortably. When I voiced my concerns to the facility, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite finishing the session because no refunds were offered, no improvements were made, and my daughter didn’t gain any cheerleading skills from the program. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Absolutely would not recommend as there are so many better options in the city that don't feel like such a cash grab to help fund their main program.

Negative experience: Refreshment stand doesn't accept cash. Guess even after getting rid of pennies Gen-Z can't count change for a $5 on a $3 dollar coffee.... Sad

Negative experience: Came before when it was Core, great for playing soccer. Looks like a great Cheer facility but the new turf they put down is AWFUL. Can't say anything about it's Cheer organization but wow the pitch...

Fantastic experience: Sharks is an amazing place. Been with them for 5 years now and can’t get enough of the hard work, dedication, strength, perseverance, skill and love this gym has to offer. The coaches really care about their athletes as well as the owners: Ali and Alana. They really know how to run a gym and keep everyone “biting down” on their wins!!!

Fantastic experience: It's a large facility for the children and I enjoy that a parent can watch from outside the room and not distract their child while they are practicing. It was clean and there were 2 instructors per group. My child enjoyed her very first day!

Fantastic experience: They are so kind and i 100% recommend sending you're kids to the sharks they have a bunch of gyms and we have 1 gym in the usa i love them i have been there for not even a year and they already feel like family they are amazing the coachs are awesome and so sweet i 100% say to go there. I love cheer so much and this gym just made 100000% more fun than it was at my old gym.

Negative experience: Terrible people that run this place. Owners are very money hungry. If you feel the same and you don't think you have anywhere to turn, try making a complaint to the Consumer Protection Act. YOU HAVE RIGHTS EVEN THOUGH THESE WOMEN MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU DON'T!
