Positive experience: Good selection of equipment and a semi private type of feel to the gym. The only downside is the charge for an entrance tag.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere at this gym is amazing. Kristian has always gone above and beyond as an owner ever since I was a member when they first opened years ago in the smaller space. My teen son is now a part of the Olympic weightlifting program offered with Dave and enjoys it very much. If you want a challenge this is a great option for sure. You will find a mix of beginner to competitive members that all seem to jive very well.

Fantastic experience: This is easily the best training facility in Kitchener, never busy, amazing members and an even better owner. The gym is also clean and tidy, and you couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere. Check this out if you’re living in the KW region

Fantastic experience: My kiddo and I have been coming to Gym41 for a few months now and love it! An inclusive atmosphere for all ages, races, and genders alike, we have felt comfortable from the very first day. Kristian even went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable which was great. My 13yo kiddo has joined the Olympic Weightlifting program and they love how it makes them feel bada$$. What more could a parent want than for their child to be confident. As for me, it's got me into lifting again for the first time in 25 years and I'm really enjoying it. Look no further than Gym41 if you're taking the time to read these reviews. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have ever been to, and beats commercial gyms BY FAR. Kristian is a knowledgeable, experienced and personable trainer. He manages his gym in an inclusive manner and keeps open communication with his members. I love the atmosphere here because of how friendly and motivating the other members are and Kristian too! I chose Gym41 for the quality equipment to train for powerlifting but Gym41 is the perfect gym for everyone to train at! 10/10 would recommend.

Communication has always been prompt and friendly. The space is bright, ultra clean, all equipment is in excellent working condition, and the air flow is also very good. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The owner Kristian is an amazing guy who takes great care of this gym. It is really the best gym in the Waterloo Region for powerlifters, bodybuilders and cross-fitters. Tons of space and new high-end equipment after a recent renovation.

Fantastic experience: I work out with Trainer and owner Kristian. Work outs are no nonsense and he keeps me accountable. No fluffy workouts here! Gym is nice, clean and friendly with equipment to suit all levels. There is a definite industrial feel to the place, it’s not your typical gym, highly recommend to anyone looking for a different experience from the busy cookie cutter big box gyms.
