Fantastic experience: Super ghetto looking place but honestly FIRE GYM. ID DEFINITELY GO BACK, just not to shower lol. Nonetheless got everything you need to train, versatile for all kinds of athletes. Thank you for the hospitality and fire equipment

It feels like everyone is on a championship team. It feels like work is done here and progress is made here. A gym to be in for sure.

Positive experience: I like the gym but the only thing stopping me from signing up is the fact that it is not 24/7. Makes it difficult to work out some days due to shift work.

Fantastic experience: I stopped by last week for the first time and purchased a day pass, as I was in town visiting family. Tom was so friendly and kind! He asked me what I was hoping to do and showed me where to find everything I needed for my workout! The following day, I stopped by again and he remembered my name and greeted me with a smile. Enough about Tom though, let's just talk atmosphere.. This place is unlike any other gym I've been to before - in the best way ever. You walk in and you feel ready to conquer your workout. You feel empowered. You feel strong. There's something for everybody, in every BODY. Whether you're a serious athlete or even a beginner - check out Quest. You won't be disappointed :)!!!

Fantastic experience: Tom Irvine is by far the most knowledgeable personal trainer and gym owner I've ever met. His passion for health and fitness translate to an excellent facility where everyone feels at home to workout. If I was still living in Cornwall, I would without a doubt be working out at Quest. Positive experience: I go here for my massages. Sue Landriault is an RMT. She is the best. She does prenatal massages, hot stone, cupping, and cold laser too. She is the best! I don't know much about the gym but it looks well kept and rarely overtly busy if you need to use the weight machines.
