Expérience négative: I’ve had a frustrating experience with Anytime Fitness. They charge me every two weeks, but often on inconsistent dates, sometimes even earlier than expected. I went on vacation for a month, and they didn’t charge me during that time. I assumed it was because I wasn’t using the gym, so I didn’t think much of it. But when I returned, they hit me with a late fee! My card and funds were available, so it wasn’t my fault. Yet, they insisted I pay for two months just to reactivate my membership. I’m just waiting for my membership to end so I can switch gyms. I wouldn’t recommend Anytime Fitness to anyone looking for reliable billing and a pleasant workout space.

Expérience fantastique: Great facility! People here are respectful when I’m working out and I love that most mornings are slow so I have the gym basically to myself. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone introverted!

Expérience négative: The equipment is poorly maintained. They put up signs giving the illusion that it will one day be fixed..... it never is. The club charges a club enhancement fee every year but there have been zero since opening. Ok so up dating on Aug 25 2024. Since my original review things have gotten progressively worse.

Expérience positive: Alright spot to head to if you've got time to kill. Prices off their website, looking at $22 biweekly on a 2 year plan, so just about $50 per month. They don't do month to month plans, so there's also that if you're not wanting to commit to a certain place

Expérience négative: Rip off. I paid good money for a personal trainer because of my auto mean disease and he was lazy and all weight... Two star review for sure.

Expérience fantastique: I've been a gym member at an embarrassingly large amount of different gyms in my adult life and I am SO happy I joined with AF Leduc! The atmosphere is anything les than intimidating, all staff are so friendly and facility is CLEAN. Members are so respectful of the equipment they use, everything is always put away neatly and sanitized afterwards. Highly recommend this place!

Expérience négative: I don't work out there. I hear that it is a food facility. Not a bad place to work out. BUT, if they consistently charge you for a late payment when your card is fine. When the associate at Anytime manual enters the card, you have an issue with your system. Three out of Three, each time they tried to tack on a penalty for something that is not my error. I would be looking at a different training facility

Expérience négative: We moved to a new location without an Anytime Fitness within an hour drive. They would not allow us to cancel our plan and we ended up having to pay two extra months when we were not using the gym. Their customer service was not friendly. They have a very vague cancellation policy and the staff were unwilling to help.

Expérience fantastique: This Anytime facility is top notch. I travel around for work and use Anytime all over the country but this one is home for me. It easily has the best staff and best environment. They’re always doing cool things to engage members. I think they do it the best out of all the other Anytime’s. plus it’s super clean. Shout out to Linda for putting F1 racing on the tv for me on Sunday mornings :)

Expérience fantastique: I enjoy coming to this gym. It’s clean and the staff are very friendly. My personal trainer, Erik, is encouraging and helps me push through my comfort zone to do better. I leave the gym feeling like I’ve accomplished my goal.

Expérience fantastique: Leduc Location : friendly neighborhood gym! staff is super friendly and are constantly in top of engaging & informing members of events and important dates. super clean most times you will see staff walking around cleaning and sanitizing. i do wish there were more "perks" such as the tanner or massage beds for the price of the membership, but completely understanding it is one of the smaller locations its definitely challenging.

Expérience fantastique: It's a great gym. The people are friendly. They have lockers for your belongings and showers with towels if needed. I been coming to this for close to 4 years, I find it covienent since I work 12 hours a day or more

Expérience fantastique: Go to Anytime Fitness to experience the following perks : -The staff bring positive energy to the gym through smiles and cleanliness. -Gym equipment is well maintained, or replaced swiftly if necessary (cleaning of equipment is promoted to maintain good hygiene. -Decent selection of pulley equipment, racks and free weights. -Typically low traffic gym depending on what time of day, of course -Members have access to showers and towels -Open 24hrs for all of the early and latenight gymrats to enjoy -Extremely engaged in the member community as well as charity involvement. Honestly, i couldnt ask for anything more from a gym and it's staff. Thanks for being rad in more ways than one.

Expérience fantastique: Anytime Fitness Leduc is a great gym with a great, super friendly staff! They work hard to keep the whole place spotless and make sure everything is in good working order! There is a good variety of equipment from free weights, weight machines, cardio machines and even a studio for classes. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a gym!

They are always trying to get members more involved, whether through social media, challenges, or donating to local charities. The gym isn’t huge, but it’s comfortable and inviting. It’s a great place to learn while not being judged. Everyone is very supportive here- so why not get started?

Expérience fantastique: Anytime Fitness Leduc is by far my favourite gym. It's always clean and I often see the staff sanitizing equipment. It's a really positive/inviting atmosphere and the staff are super friendly - Linda always greets you with a smile and hello :) The staff definitely takes pride in their job and it shows. There are other gyms much closer to me but I drive out of my way to go to this location because I enjoy it that much. Keep up the great work!

Expérience fantastique: The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I was looking for a gym where the staff were engaging, as well as kind and understanding that not everyone is a big gym buff. They check in if they haven't seen you in a while, and always there to help show you how to use equipment if your struggling. They genuinely care about their members. They social media is also fun and engaging.

Expérience positive: I love that they give you a free 1 week trial and that it is open 24/7. The issue I have is the place is too small/lacking a lot of equipment and has duplicates of several pieces of equipment which seems unnecessary. It is also missing some other basic items. There is no change rooms just bathrooms.

Expérience fantastique: I recently started going to this gym after the covid shutdown. The staff is super friendly and they are always keeping the place clean and in top notch. I've been to many gyms and this is one of my top fav places to work out. Its quiet which I love and it has everything you need to get a good sweat in. Highly recommend!

Expérience positive: I really love this gym, great setup, good staff, solid atmosphere. Just a couple minor wish list items would give it that last star. Changing water filter regularly, hand sanitizer station as you leave and maybe one or two more pieces of equipment. But truly my favorite gym I've been to, to date.

Expérience négative: They should really explain to their clients that they get charged $26.25 club enhancement fee twice on an 18 month agreement. Read the whole agreement and nothing stats that they will charge the fee twice for the 18 month period. There wasn't a single thing changed in the club. Unless your a gym rat I wouldn't sign up because it's just a waste of money and you can't cancel.

Expérience fantastique: Always clean, friendly staff, awesome members, it’s not huge but everything is well set up so even with 10/15 people in there you don’t feel too crowded.
