Home away from home, even if I’m not currently a full time member (sometimes life gets in our way). Colin (sorry knot sorry massage located inside CF Leduc) also someone to check out.

Expérience fantastique: Exceptional coaches, challenging workouts for ALL skills and abilities, the kindest and most knowledgeable coaches. CrossFit Leduc has an encouraging & enthusiastic community of people who would love to see you succeed in everything you attempt. My time in their gym is the most positive hour of my day. This is a very safe and caring place to challenge your physical fitness while meeting others who hope to do the same.

Expérience fantastique: I've started my fitness journey with Andrea and she has been amazing. She has been attentive, encouraging, and very supportive. Everyone is always super smiley and happy. It is evident it is a positive and uplifting environment. I highly recommend!

CFL was what I needed. It’s not just a gym. It’s a family. We grow strong together and support one another through ups and downs. I found a second home here

There is always a word, or a shout of encouragement when you think your done. This place will not only make you physically stronger it will make you mentally stronger. Expérience fantastique: CrossFit Leduc is the only gym I have ever been faithful to. I love that my workout partners aren't a row of treadmills and stationary bikes. They're people – people of all shapes and sizes, all with varying athletic ability. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, CrossFit Leduc is a family. A really large, diverse, supportive family. AMAZING coaches, amazing members. ...and I'm way stronger than I used to be. That's an added bonus!

I had a lot of anxiety about starting over at a new gym since I had moved from Ontario, but Brad and Annie (coaches and owners extraordinaire) were so welcoming, warm, and friendly! I immediately felt at home! To top it all off, I was coming back after having a baby, and they were also very accommodating to her! For a new mom to be able to bring her baby to the gym in order to get a work out in is amazing! I am so grateful for this! I highly recommend CrossFit Leduc!

Expérience fantastique: Excellent coaches, friendly environment, great equipment and some amazing workouts! I have been a member for a year and a half now and I can't picture myself anywhere else. I started as a total newbie with no crossfit experience and loved learning the new skills. I watched myself go from strong to strong and capable of so many skills I never thought I would be able to do, ever! The other members have become such good friends and some even family. Its the perfect environment for staying motivated and reaching your true athletic potential whatever that may be! Check it out, you won't regret it!!

Expérience fantastique: I am 45 yrs old and have been going to this gym for two years. Just that is saying something as I have never stayed anywhere for more than a month or two. You couldn't ask for better trainers than Andrea and Brad or a better group of people to workout with. It doesn't matter if its the first time you have stepped foot in a gym or if you have been an athlete for year, you are treated the same...like family. They will push you when you need it, pick you up when you feel defeated and be your biggest cheerleaders when trying to reach a goal. No matter what your age, weight or physical ability, I would not hesitate to recommend Andrea and Brad and Body Rox.
