Honestly it’s group personal training and they are also there to help keep that form proper as well! You will not regret visiting this gym! FOMO on the days I can’t go. The trainers have really done a great job of building a community here and keeping things fun while still challenging you to perform your best! If you want to take charge of your own Health, this is such a great investment to make in yourself.
