Expérience fantastique: We love Ptbo Sport and Wellness Centre for the programs and activities offered for children. My son (4) has been registered in the Ninja Kids class with Sensei Paul and Sensei Georges and this class is amazing for teaching children the foundation of Judo. My son has made immense progress and both Paul and Georges are fantastic at instructing. My daughter (3) is registered in pre-ballet and I am thankful for the flexibility, patience and understanding the dance teacher, Julia demonstrates. The child minding is also a handy feature that the Wellness Centre offers. 10/10 for programs and activities offered!

Expérience fantastique: I had a great experience at this wellness centre. There were programs available for everyone. The staff are super nice and helpfull. I love the Sauna in the dressing room and the whole place was clean.

Expérience fantastique: Had a wonderful time at the leasure swim this afternoon. The staff at the front counter were friendly and very helpful. There is also no shortage of gym equipment and its all in good condition which is a nice change from other gyms I've been to. Get yourself a membership, you won't regret it.

Expérience fantastique: Love the fitness center, it's on the smaller side but has everything that larger gyms have. Usually not too busy, I've never had to wait for anything I wanted to use. I love that everyone gets their own towel and cleaning spray to wipe down machines, it makes much more sense than having everyone use the same spray bottle which is what every other gym does.

Expérience fantastique: Pool, multiple gyms (courts), a fitness centre and a studio. Great spot and they offer family memberships. There is a therapy and larger pool with some great add-ons (a water slide and splash features). The large pool is smaller than an official Olympic size. The courts are excellent and offer badminton and volleyball sometimes, but you are also at the mercy of the Fleming Knights athletic schedule. The gym is pretty good. Lots of cardio and enough free weights to get the job done. The studio is large and offered fitness classes. There are also a fee rooms off the main hall that are used for martial arts and birthday parties. The staff are incredibly friendly and always very helpful. (NOTE-- there are no squash/racquetball courts)

Expérience fantastique: We've been taking our little one here to use the pools and take swimming classes. I really appreciate the COVID protocols as you aren't wearing masks when you're in the pool. The pools are really well maintained and the instructors are competent. The change rooms are also kept fairly clean and are good for family use.

Expérience fantastique: They have a good size gym with a great pool, indoor dry sauna option and gyms. Definitely recommend it.

Expérience fantastique: Ninja Kids Judo with Paul was awesome! My kids count down the days until their next Judo class. The building was clean, lots of available hand sanitizer. Not busy when we went in the evening.

Expérience fantastique: Swimming lessons during covid. Class size was cut in half and there were very few people in the change rooms. Lots of safety in place and we felt very comfortable with our 3 year old, I was happy I made the choice to sign us up!

Expérience fantastique: Always very clean and reasonably quiet. It's never been crowded when I visited. All I could wish for is that the main pool was kept only about five degrees warmer, I found it too cold to enjoy.

Expérience fantastique: Summer hours incorrect on google. Fitness floor only open: 5:30am-9:15pm (weekdays) 7:00am-6:45pm (weekends) Will go back to regular hours (5:30am-10:45pm) in September which is what is posted on google.

Expérience fantastique: I take my little guy here swimming for parent/tot swimming. The water is very warm in the therapy pool. They have toys and floaties. It's always a fun time!

Expérience fantastique: This gym might be a in comparatively small city but their facilities are still excellent. Plus if you’re attending Fleming College just a short walk away you can take advantage of their sports facilities as well. I played badminton here for nearly three (3) years and it was a pretty fun way to get a good workout and a fine way to wrap up the day. Plus the four baseball diamonds make for excellent outdoor training areas, just try and not get in the way of the groundskeepers if possible.

Expérience fantastique: This is a great facility. Well maintained with plenty of equipment and a walking track. Tv's to watch while doing cardio. Free weights and machines. Racquet courts, gyms, fitness classes and a pool. Always people there but never too busy. Prices are very reasonable for a family membership. Discounts for Fleming Alumni or other groups. Our whole family enjoys it here.

Expérience fantastique: For the health conscious this is the place to enroll. They have everything from the gymnasium to the swimming pool. For those who need their pressure checked - it's free onsite. Once you become a member you are entitled to all the facilities.They have a lot of programmes too which you can join for free. Equipment used is very good and in good numbers.The changing rooms are very nicely done and clean - you can use one of the many lockers available. There is an ATM available on the premises and you can buy cold drinks or pop too.

Expérience fantastique: Attended a College Graduation ceremony, held by the College. Very well organized and the folks they had in place to assist were excellent. Had Golf carts ferrying people in and out and the Security people were knowledgeable and courteous. Overall, a lovely day and one to remember, for sure!
