Negative experience: I cancelled my membership about 2 years ago and this is the second time they started taking money off my credit card again in July of this year. They won't return my calls and the head office won't respond to my emails. The last time this happened they apologized and said they would refund my money but they never did. So after this review and being called a liar, I finally got it in writing that I'm no longer a member and I got my money back. What a great place to deal with. I am now a satisfied customer.

Negative experience: i am not happy with the company. i needed to freeze my account do to health problems but when my contract was finished i had to pay another 3 month do to the freezing of the account until i noticed something on my bank account. my contract was done in july, last pay was in october. we are in january and money is still being pulled out. So people if u decide to freeze your account be very careful keep track of everything

Positive experience: I love the fact I can go anywhere to go out working out, all equipment is in greatly maintained and of great variety, some place needs extra care, have to clean more regularly and not just what you see, under chairs and corner of showers. Please fix your Television channels, it would be greatly appreciated.

Negative experience: I am extremely displeased with the service at this gym. I asked for a freeze on my account for 3 months this was granted and affective right away, so I was told. But they actually still charged me without contacting me to let me know. So I was paying for the month with no knowledge of this and was not going to the gym thinking I could not go. This said I canceled my membership and I am trying to get a refund on the month I was charged for, for no reason but of course, nothing is being done. This is totally unacceptable and there is no reason for such dishonesty!

Fantastic experience: I just signed up today and haven't even been for my first workout yet but, I'm super excited to get started. The staff I have met was really nice and very helpful. Looking forward to meeting the rest of them and getting fit.
