Fantastic experience: Top notch branch . Usually goes different locations as per job locations but this is favourite as much as clean and good staff . Moreover space is enough than other locations

Positive experience: Loyal member for years, main club is Steinbach. Reason for 3 stars is there is NO respect for unracking weights or attachments after use which falls on staff for not cracking down on it. Nothing more annoying than hopping on a machine and pulling multiple plates from each side!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of this gym for close to two years and since then no complaints. The staff is always welcoming, everything is always clean (never seen a speck of dust seriously), and the equipment rarely breaks. And when they do they're usually fixed right away. For someone like me who has been to most of the gyms in the Garden City area—like Shapes, Goodlife, Fit4Less, and Planet Fitness—I can say this is the best one I've been to.

Fantastic experience: Love the atmosphere here! Machine's always repaired on time compared to other ATF locations I go to

Negative experience: Gym is really nice, but whenever I come. The place has such a strong smell of body odour. Like I understand, people sweat but at least make sure you have proper hygiene.

Negative experience: Worst place to go We got membership in October 2022. They got our signatures. They explain everything but he didn’t explain that membership is for 6 months and non- cancellable. Now they are charging us from November till April $54 per month. We had membership with good life fitness before that gym was little far from our house that’s why we cancelled that but they never charge us money. Even the money that we were owed, they cancelled that as well. GOODLIFE FITNESS IS THE BEST PLACE FOR WORKOUT WITH VERY GOOD BENEFITS. They have trainers as well!!!

Fantastic experience: New member but I'm impressed so far. Staff have been good and the equipment is in excellent condition. The place is clean and I can tell cleaning is ongoing. Well priced for the offering for sure.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this location for the past two years and I only have good things to say about it. The staff and fellow people who work out are all friendly. It's always kept cleaned and in tip top shape. I plan to keep going for the rest of my life !!

No Humility in there behaviour,even they don’t tell you everything about the fees or any another charges they deduct a-lot of money from your accounts….wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Positive experience: I'm not actually sure as I've never been there before. However it lacks professionalism in regards to returning phone calls. I prefer the YMCA as it has all the machines, courses, steam rooms, and a basketball court. My license got suspended so I'm looking for something local just to stay in shape. I was calling because I want to know the basics including rates, promotions and anything else that would seperate them from other gyms. It seems like basic information that would be a phone call away. Judging by the reviews I read my experience isn't an unusual one. Plus I read a review where my information would be available if someone needs a key/ card or whatever. Idk how true that is but I'm not down for that.

Positive experience: First and foremost, back when I signed up, the person working passed me their work tablet to input all my information myself and did not even ask for my ID for verification purposes unlike other places, which is not good in terms of safety aspect. I was also able to see other people’s information on the tablet (big no no). I had an old key fob that I could have used but the person said they couldn’t use it and that they’d issue me a new one which will be part the registration fee - however, someone else I know was asked if they had an old key fob by any chance as she could save money using the old one instead of issuing a new one. When you email or call the gym, they do not respond. The customer service is awful, yet they are able to post on social media and when you visit the gym, they are sitting on their phone anyway. Wanted to love this facility but it really lacks customer service and professionalism. Also, not all staff are knowledgeable in the sales aspect and equipment. One thing I applaud though, is the gym is very clean and has a good variety of equipment for a smaller gym. I’ve been reading reviews, and there are answers from the owner replying that these people/reviewers couldn’t be found on their file - well, sure, because Anytime Fitness members can go to any Anytime facility… I initially recommended this facility to a couple friends and immediately told them never mind. I believe if they work on their customer service (answering phone and email) and ensure all the staff are on the same page (one offering a discount for an old key fob and one pushing a fee for a new key fob), as well as knowing the importance of doing things a certain way (I.e. all staff NEED to verify ID and input people’s information into their system VERSUS the customer inputting the information) then the place would be better off. I would ask for the 7 day free trial before committing yourself to something that might be subpar for you.

Fantastic experience: Changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Apart from initial bad impression about service, I am finding everything else good about this gym. It is super clean,staff is nice and gym is not crowded at any time.Machines are of really good quality and I love the peaceful environment there during my workouts.

Negative experience: Staff was very rude. After finally encouraging my girl friend to go to the gym again, one of the staff members interrupted her workout, to tell her to lift "gently" because she's damaging the weights.

Fantastic experience: If you want to get your health straight this club of anytime fitness is one of the best . Focuses a lot on cleanliness and hygiene. Every piece of equipment work perfectly fine with room for everything seperate . The staff is more friendly And the gym is every spacious.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this Anytime Fitness location in Waterford Green! The facility was brand new in 2021 and all the equipment is new, with a variety of quality strength, weights, and cardio equipment to choose from. You can tell cleaning is a priority, and I have always felt safe and welcomed working out there.

Nevada the manager is very nice, easy to approach, and takes pride in the facilities cleanliness. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to start or continue their fitness journey!! Negative experience: Very rude staff, got interrupted today during my workout session. She didn't even said hi or excuse me just spoke at my face "You need to change your shoes(indoor) inside the gym. I usually don't carry a gym bag and always changed my shoes in the car.
