We offer a variety of fitness classes that appeal to every type of person, whether they're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast. In addition to our regular exercise studio, you can find cycling and yoga studios at many of our locations.
GoodLife certified Personal Trainers are here to help you overcome the obstacles that can get in the way of becoming your best self. No matter what your needs or fitness goals are, we have a custom Personal Training package that's right for you.
Virtual fitness is now available across Canada. Classes are held in the respective studio (Group Fitness or Cycling studio) via a projector and screen during off-peak hours. The goal of Virtual Fitness is to give members the opportunity to try Group Fitness classes when live classes are not scheduled.

Fantastic experience: Love the zumba classes and the friendly staff! Very clean facilities too
Fantastic experience: Best fitness club I have been to. Management is great. Bella, Chris, Andy and Dankeil are super friendly. Love working out there.
Fantastic experience: We joined the gym while living in Winnipeg for a short time. Chris was extremely helpful in finding the best plan for our situation and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We did a variety of live and virtual classes and never found the gym too packed. It was always clean and well maintained.
Fantastic experience: My go to GL location in the city. The staff at this location are the absolute BEST. From management to front desk they are always helpful and happy to see you when you come through the door!
Fantastic experience: Has all the equipment of all other GoodLife facilities, as well as a little section that women can work out - which is nice considering they closed down the one at Superstore Mcphillips (which was excellent!). Clean facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Can get really busy and would have to switch around some exercises or skip some if short on time, but that’s not the facility’s fault. I would say they have a good amount of the “high demand” equipment (I.e. squat racks).

Fantastic experience: Very nice place to workout at. Dankiel, Andy and Ronnie definitely make it feel like a home/community style gym. They welcome and put a smile on everyone's face. I would also like to specify on Dankiel's customer service. Very outgoing fellow and gives you the confidence to achieve your goals. I would not lift as much weight as I do now if it wasn't for him (and Andy as well).

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for a little while and it's really good. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facility itself is always clean. It can get really busy at times, but because it's quite large, you're never really crowded. The machines are all in good working order and there's a good selection of them. The locker room and showers are clean and really well set up. The only complaint I have isn't about the establishment or the staff. It's the other patrons. Quite a few of them just walk in wearing their snow and slush covered shoes. They will walk right through the gym into the change room, and then will work out in them. The staff are great for cleaning up after them, but they shouldn't have to. They almost need to start charging people a few bucks for a cleaning fee every time they do this. Edit: Ok, I've been going here for quite a while now. My review still stands. The staff and facility are great, but some of the patrons (always the same ones) are terrible. They're disgusting, unwashed, smell bad (even before working out), never wipe machines down after use, and regularly stink up the locker rooms bathing in axe body spray. If you are planning on coming to this gym, you're going to have to try really hard to ignore these repulsive people.
Fantastic experience: A gym is a gym, but what makes this gym special and makes me wanna come back and workout is the people at the front desk like Lorelei, Jessica and Ashely. They always greet you with a genuine and authentic smile and always take the time to learn your goals and help to motivate you every time they see you.. thank you for all the small talks!

Fantastic experience: What a great experience in every way. Very clean, friendly, what a pleasure. I love going and enjoy the environment, variety, and the facilities. The classes are amazing.
Fantastic experience: Upkeep is good and the services is great. I don't understand why people are having so much problems. If you read the contract properly there shouldn't be any money problems. There not "trying to take your money" as everyone says. They offered a trainer but didn't push it after I passed on it the first offer. Not going to lie the trainer is pretty expensive but everyone need to make a earning and I haven't compared prices with other trainers. If your serious about getting fit and don't know much this is a great place. Each workout machine has step by step on how to use it properly. I feel very comfortable working out there. Hope this helps you and I hope you meet your goals!
