Fantastic experience: Had an amazing Fascia stretch session with Macy!! Got there feeling sore after a heavy lifting week at the gym and came out feeling more relaxed then I’ve felt in a while! Fantastic experience: A friend of mine recommended Aly to help with my lower back pain during pregnancy and it’s honestly been so helpful! I went 4 times between 28 and 36 weeks. Every single time I felt a huge improvement and much needed release as my body was changing so fast. Aly is the best: knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and also extremely kind! My only regret is not booking an appointment with her earlier. I can not recommend her enough!!!

Tellement une belle vibe a la clinique ... c est confo ... pro .... pas compliqué mais SURTOUT des les jours qui ont suivis je me sentais 75% mieux. First time getting FST and I was very happy with the results which I felt immediately - I left the session with much less tension and feeling lighter and with less pain. Even places he didn't "touch"/stretch felt better. Cool clinic as well - very welcoming environment, nice cozy touch & Charlie the other co-owner was very friendly as well. Highly recommend !!!

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could. I anxiously awaited my appointment at 9:00 am on Sunday. However my therapist never showed up. I can't believe the unprofessionalism and lack of respect for clients. Got up early on the weekend an no one showed up. I would never go back

Fantastic experience: Last week, I had an issue with my groin....the pain was so bad that I couldn't sleep without tylenol and advil and even then it was tough! Got stretched and massaged on a Thursday and it was still bothersome on Friday :( Saturday I went to see Alyssa and she proceeded to cupping me in the area where I had had my umbilical hernia operation this summer. Turns out that this was causing the pain in my groin! It was golden…fixed me right up in 1 hour treatment I’ve been sleeping very well since Thank you Alyssa for being so sharp in your analysis!

My osteopath Kanitha educated me on what she was doing each step of the way, while also informing me of the reasons I was feeling unwell. Excited to continue my visits! :)

Et on est passé au chose serieuse ( Ouch !, mais tres supportable ) Ma premiere seance de stretching, douloureuse, mais le lendaimain j'ai pu constater une nette amélioration de ma condition ! I have a structural scoliosis and it is the first time that a therapist was able to help me release deep muscle tension that was embedded for years in both my thoracic and lumbar regions. Ylan was my stretch coac, super down to earth and a gem, she took the time to explain the process of FST in great detail with me seeing that I am also in a similar field of practice. The benefits felt post session was convincing enough for me to make me want to get certified myself. I felt stronger and more supple when I trained that same week too which was a fantastic feeling. I have spoken about it with my friends and some have tried it and equally enjoyed their experiences. I will continue to recommend this place to everyone as it is truly an awesome find. I had initially given a 4 star rating due to a few downsides: I couldn’t book via the website as it wouldn’t allow me to do so I had to reach out through Instagram where I mentionned I was having some issues. **fixed ** The upside was was that they were able to book me in last minute but the first time -15% discount wasn’t applied to my session cost. The second thing was the price on the website was different from the price I was charged, the website mentions 125$ and I paid 135$+tx. **fixed ** I am happy to change my rating to 5 stars because they fixed all of these issues very fast, they truly care about their clients, they are passionate about their business and what they do. What I honestly loved is that I got a call directly from one of the co-owners, Sam, to know my level of satisfaction post session. That’s top of the line customer service and quality controll!

Fantastic experience: Been dealing bad back injury for over a year and did physio somewhere else and it wasn’t getting better and I could barely walk. The staff at Optimal stretch helped me out right away and Alyssa has been able to get me back on my feet. All the staff have been awesome so far but Alyssa and Kanitha have been amazing and I highly recommend Optimal Stretch :)
