Fantastic experience: Good day Presently I am taking tennis group class with coach Pierre at Sani Sport Brossard. I would like to share my experience taking classes with him. I believe , he is one of the most gifted instructors that I have ever met in my life. He is well prepared, explain his plan for each class before we start and maintain a great supervision during the class to make sure all participants are up to speed. he makes sessions very interesting , he cares very much about his students and really looking for their progress and improvement's He is highly recommended for all beginners who wish to learn tennis and enjoy playing. Fantastic experience: Installations propres et professionnelles, personnel courtois.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Sani Sport since before it was bought over a few years ago. The changes that have been implemented since the change in ownership have drastically brought the level of tennis played to serious competitive levels. Not only the tennis but my experience with the staff and the coaches have been great. Hats off to Angie, Andrew and Melanie who always have a warm welcome when I or my child come to the club. They renovated recently and, like most renovations, it took more time but the results are so much better than what it was before. If you love tennis, this is the club to join.

Negative experience: C'était ''ok'' jusqu'à temps qu'ils décident d'augmenter significativement les frais pour les joueurs de squash, et ce DURANT notre abonnement. Très cowboy comme pratique. Fantastic experience: Les cours de gym sont excellents

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience I’ve been a member at this gym for some time, primarily for squash, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. Without any prior notice, the gym raised the membership price specifically for squash and racquetball players. This increase might have been acceptable if the facilities were up to par, but unfortunately, they aren’t. Throughout the entire summer, the locker rooms were unavailable, forcing members to change in inconvenient locations and with no showers. To make matters worse, the squash courts are in terrible condition—damaged floors, and walls that clearly haven’t been maintained. For the price we’re paying, I expected better communication and quality from the gym. Instead of giving us a rebate because we had no lockers available, they raised their prices.

Negative experience: Is this place ran by clowns? I have been asking for an update for the locker rooms and each time an employee gives me a different answer. It's completely unacceptable to run a sports club without locker rooms, very unhygienic. I can understand few weeks but over 3 months? Unacceptable. On top of that the gym is falling apart, the courts and restaurant are are very old and not well maintained. You're better off reserving a court through the city. Horrible place, will not return to such mismanaged club.

Negative experience: I am so disappointed on the service in this place and the way they are treating customers. I was to become a member because I play Pickelball and I want to try it today then I paid in advance but the girl her name Veronica refused to provide me a receipt for 69.99& court rent for Pickelball. Go figure why then she said when you come I will give you the receipt then onsite the second girl said that is not my problem I can’t give you a receipt go talk to the other girl but she is not here sorry. I told her you are talking on behalf of a corporation Sani sport you can’t say that. I told her I am recording this to share with the owner because I know him she said I don’t care you can share that. This new generation they don’t give a damn about customer and I don’t think they deserve a job. I am a business woman and if someone from my employees talk like that to my customers, I will fire them immediately! These entitled employees can’t even do a good job for such a simple task. Unbelievable. To whom it may concern I believe you should look closely to these two girls Thanks

Negative experience: Over 4 months no locker room. Promised ready to be in August, now almost October. Unacceptable for the pricing they charge. Hire professional contractors that can RESPECT a deadline if you have the audacity to charge these outrageous prices instead of hiring shady contractors. Their gym equipment is also falling apart. Very dark place too. Many many high caliber gyms opening up in Brossard. Going to switch and simply rent a tennis court elsewhere. Their clientele is 50+. What will they do when they won't be able to workout anymore? Close their doors. ps: all their recent reviews are 1 star.. says a lot.

Negative experience: I’ve been a member since a few months but I feel like I’m being robbed each day. For context, I simply chose this place because of 1 specific sport. In the south shore there is only 2 options, maybe they know this and they think that they can do whatever they want. First, in the summer there is a great reduction of hours (ie it closes at 4pm in the weekend, which is the times that most working people can come). Second, we have to pay the fee to join the tennis federation, even though we don’t play tennis, neither do we ever reserve the tennis court! It’s a small amount so I was telling myself it’s ok, but still. Third, I’ve been a member only for a few months but there are 3 occasions already that my reserved court are taken by other people. Fourth, when I paid for my annual subscription, it came with unlimited access to the court of my sport without any extra fee. Now suddenly, they just say that we now have to pay extra everytime we want to reserve the court. I don’t think this is an ethical practice to raise the price during our subscription. This is not how you treat your customers! EDIT (after receiving the answer from Sani Sport): When we signed up, it said Tennis federation fee and NOT squash federation. We even asked the receptionist about this, and she said it was for the tennis federation and everyone signed up for racquet sports have to pay for it. So with your answer below, clearly it shows another problem that you didn’t train your employees well.

Negative experience: J'étais membre j'ai résilier mon abonnement j'ai pris la peine de donner mes informations bancaires pour résilier mon contrat avec eux j'apprends que il ont pris une firme de recouvrement pour un paiement de 528,88 sérieusement je vais nuire à votre réputation à vous aussi un endroit très sale deux les machines au gym son pas a la fine pointe vieille machines manques de machines au prix des abonnement

Negative experience: Cela fait plus d'un an que je suis membre de ce club de tennis, et j’apprécie énormément les cours et les entraîneurs. Cependant, il y a plusieurs points à améliorer: Tout d’abord, il manque des activités pour les niveaux débutant et intermédiaire, ce qui limite l’utilisation optimale de l’abonnement pour ces joueurs (donc pas recommandé si votre niveau n’est pas trop haut). De plus, en cas de blessure, il n’y a pas de remboursement pour les cours déjà payés, ce qui m’a obligé à payer pour des cours que je n’ai pas pu suivre. Enfin, la politique de gel d’abonnement n’est pas applicable pendant les mois de juin à août, période durant laquelle nous sommes souvent en voyage. Cela signifie que je dois payer pour un service que je ne peux pas utiliser.

Negative experience: Unfortunately been a member for some time now the cleanliness and equipment is failing more as time passes as well as schedules reduced to times I cannot even use during weekend and weekdays hours ...the Equipment is fairly old and even though I mentioned about reduced hours during summer time I was still required to pay cancellation fees since I could not attend the gym with new schedule any longer. A gym open 7h-4 saturday and sunday even the staff agreed it is ridiculous and no change has been made to offer better service...very unfortunate. I can go on but I think enough said!

Fantastic experience: J ai gagné et c est tout ce qui compte je blague vraiment un beau site privé

Positive experience: I like the ambiance and the cleanliness but the membership price for the gym only is very high when you take into consideration that all the machines are old and falling apart. Management refuses to buy new machines or fix old ones. The elliptical machines are all broken and creaky.

Fantastic experience: Membre de Sani depuis plusieurs années. Joue au tennis à Brossard. J'aimerais mentionner qu'Andrew (réception le dimanche matin) est super symphatique, accueillant et professionnel.

Negative experience: A wonderful facility, but the staff is quite incompetent at the front desk, and it is near impossible to speak to someone who can answer questions about memberships etc. This must be a common problem with the new generation of teens who do not have any drive to do things well.

Positive experience: Great place! Horrible staff! I would give a 5 stars if the staff was okay. Ps I am not referring to the tennis coaches, they are great too :) a bit overpriced for the lack of decent customer services “staff”

Positive experience: Excellent club pour jeu raquettes. Belle salle de remise en forme. Tout est sur place, avec un grand restaurant. 4 étoiles car prix pas donné pour les prix des Terrains tennis ! Les gens pensent que ceux qui jouent au tennis ont de l'argent ! Ce n'est pas mathématique. Ceux qui jouent au tennis sont aussi passionnés et font des sacrifices pour leur passion...

Negative experience: Personne repond jamais au telephone peut importe le post cest ridicul

Fantastic experience: Installations très belles et propres. Le prix est élevé, mais c’est le prix à payer pour s’entraîner dans le respect mutuel et dans la tranquillité.

Positive experience: Les employées sont accueillantes et polies. L'endroit est propre et agréable.

Negative experience: Prix beaucoup trop chère pour le service, aussi, si vous êtes une femme avec moindrement de poitrine les brassières de sport, camisole spaghetti ainsi que si on vois meme un peu votre ventre on demande de changer MAIS si vous en avez pas vous pouvez mettre ce que vous voulez. Deplus, les employés m’on avertis mais le même employé m’avertis pas une femme sans poitrine. Pour 50$ laissez nous porter ce qui nous chante! Service a la clientèle meh.

Negative experience: Abonnements de gym très chèrs pour de vieilles machines. Certains employés sont hautains et pensent toujours que je rentre illégalement même si je suis abonner depuis un bon bout de temps. Ils n'ont même pas fournie une carte d'abonnement à mon amie mais elle se fait réprimander car elle rentre sans scanner sa carte ( que elle n'a pas reçu). Je suis juste abonner car il a pas beacoup de gens (comprenable).

Negative experience: Une étoile c'est déjà beaucoup trop...

Negative experience: Parents be aware, their summer camp staff is totally unprofessional, they are getting 16 years old lads that lack any professional experience or even manners ( the teen instructor will shout at a parent and the management will excuse him because he is stressed !! ) , they are assigning teens that have no experience to be a supervisor . we had an OK experience with them in tennis practice for kids ( while there was different management ) but Summer camp and the new management are a complete disaster. Update: as per their response below, we met with them in their office , they promised steps to be taken immediately to rectify the situation . They totally ignored us once we left . we will never trust them with our kids again .

Negative experience: A sauna at the center is not working for number of weeks. There is no sign wether it is broken and when it will be fixed and front desk is not aware of it as well.

Fantastic experience: Suuuper!! Many different spaces (racquetball, ping pong, tenis, spinning bikes, gym, resto... Clean and not crowded at all. The prices are amazing too! Had so much fun, will come back for sure.

Positive experience: Coute tres cher juste pour le gym. Ce qui me decoit le plus c’est qu’au prix que je paye pour mentrainer la, l’été il ferme a 21h la semaine. C’est 100% la raison du pourquoi je change de gym

Negative experience: Vieux tapis comme restaurant chinois. Pas de rénovation. Chère. Dépendant de vos heures , si vous jouer tôt le matin ou tard le soir, le club Tennis Île des sœurs est à moitié prix pour le membership et prix du terrain.

Positive experience: Très déçue du nouveau "service" de réservation. On ne peut plus appeler et parler à une réceptionniste comme avant. Tout doit se faire en ligne... Suis-je la seule à vouloir jouer au tennis sans devoir être connectée sur internet!!! Seule solution proposée est de payer 125$ de supplément pour être inscrit chaque semaine. Ça pas d'allure Le service à la clientèle est de plus en plus médiocre et ce n'est pas à cause du covid...

Fantastic experience: J'étais au Sani Sport pour accompagner mon petit fils à son camp de tennis. Les activités sont très réduites, mais de grandes précautions sont prises pour que le tout soit sécuritaire, de la réception à la sortie du centre sportif.

Negative experience: Je me présente à la reception aujourd'hui pour payer notre terrain de tennis pour se rendre compte qu' il n'ont pas notre réservation!!!. J' ai pourtant appeler jeudi dernier pour réserver mon terrain. La jeune fille à l' acceuil ne sachant pas quoi faire décide d' appeler Marcel je pense le propriétaire. Il me dit qu'il ne peut rien faire pour moi, il me répète sans cesse qu' il ne peut pas faire de miracle...Ayoye pas de bon sens moi je veux juste jouer au tennis sur le terrain que j' ai réservé. Marcel sans fou tellement..il me dit qu' il m' appelle lundi car la ligne n'est pas bonne. Je dois retourner à la maison sans excuses ni compromis de leur part. J' ai initié 2 personnes à jouer au tennis mais ça ne sera pas au sani sport. Je suis vraiment déçu et j'ai bien hâte de voir si Marcel va m'appeler.

Fantastic experience: This place is perfect to practice tennis! Clean, big, and very well maintained. Covered and available all year round. I take my son there and he loves it.

Negative experience: J’écris pour ma blonde car après ce qu’elle a vu hier au Sani, elle a peur mais veut qu’on sache que le responsable du sani est effrayant. Il a interdit l’entrer à une de nos amies qui venait pour un match Interclubs contre le Sani. Il criait et à menacé d’appeler la police. On connaît notre amie depuis 9 ans et c’est vraiment une bonne personne. Elle a son caractère mais c’est une très bonne personne. Il y avait beaucoup de monde ... il a passé pour un fou !!!

Negative experience: Accueil pourri. Éclairage mauvais. Heureusement, terrains de tennis corrects. Nous avons essayé aussi le tennis Longueuil et il est bien mieux que le Sani, surtout le service. Mais l’éclairage est aussi mauvais. Nous irons jouer à Longueuil.

Fantastic experience: J'y joue au racquetball. C'est très bien, mais les terrains auraient besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement, rien de bien majeur. Quand même agréable.

Fantastic experience: Super complexe pour les sports de raquette. Prix compétitifs pour la location de terrain. Boutique sur place pour acheter ou entretenir vos raquettes avec des professionnels pour vous aider. Stationnement extérieur gratuit et très facile d'accès près des axes routières. Ce genre de complexe est assez restreint en quantité et donc très achalandé, il faut prévoir nos activités un peu d'avance.

Negative experience: Great tennis courts but mediocre service. They are behind times as every time you go in you need to wait for an employee to be available to give them your membership card and then when you leave you need to wait for an employee to be available to get your card back. In this day and age they really need to get a magnetic card system which would simplify the process for everyone. Weekend staff is not trained in many issues. If you want to bring a guest on a weekend last minute, you can't. You need to get approval from the Manager during the week. The weekend staff is also not knowledgeable when it comes to membership fees and renewals. Bottom line, you need to be there during the week when the managers are in if you need anything beyond coming in and out.

Positive experience: It's ok. Ils sont inflexible concernant l'horaire des cours de tennis (memê si c'est dans la semaine de relâche).

Fantastic experience: Moi j'ai adoré! Accueil impecc, installation de premier choix. Bon rapport qualité prix. J'ai essayé l'Introtennis. Vraiment bonne façon de découvrir le club! Faut essayer leur truc appelé la Zone, pas mal moins cher que Orange Theorie pour la même affaires. Comme on dit JOIN THE CLUB!

Fantastic experience: This is the nicest gym I have visited. Well planned out interior. Clean throughout the facility. Favorite thing is the quiet, not noisy like other gyms. Fair pricing for an upper end facility. Looking forward to taking advantage of the all inclusive membership.

Fantastic experience: Really good gym. Has a powerlifting platform which made deadlifting amazing.

Positive experience: Good tennis club however took them too long to improve their tennis courts and left them after a year of membership. A significant upfront payment to get in however could be advantageous for those who indeed play tennis quite often. Do your math before seeing many hundreds of bucks fly away from your pocket.

Fantastic experience: Un peu cher, mais tout est là pour les sports de raquette. Un resto et là pour servir de bon repas (pas top niveau santé par contre). Également présent une superbe salle de vélo virtuel pour les amateurs de cyclisme!

Positive experience: Nice staffs, clean and family friendly

Negative experience: I had an awful experience here. I went to try out the virtual biking and the trainer was very rude. I had left my bike in the lobby in my friend's care while I went to wash my hands. While I was gone he took my bike despite my friend telling him not to. He took my bike to another floor. When I came back I had no idea where my bike was. After finally finding it downstairs I told him not to touch my bike and he got upset saying that his bike is worth 5 times my bike (it's not, I have a carbon bike with Dura-Ace groupset) and said that I wasn't intelligent. He insulted me and called me "crazy" in front of all the clients in the lobby. I'm not sure how the price of his bike gives him the right to take my property.. I will not be going there again.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym and tennis center in Montreal. There are 12 courts well lit by indirect lighting so your eyes are not dazzled when looking up, unlike at the same SaniSport at Boucherville. The gym is well equipped but they should put a couple of more tv sets on the wall so you can watch news or sports in every angle, given prices of these today, this not a luxury.
