Fantastic experience: I just recently moved to south shore and needed a gym. I was skeptic about joining world gym as my past experience with the facility in Laval wasn’t a good one. Being someone who is anxious and becomes crippled by big crowds as soon as I walked in I told myself this won’t work. I have been at the gym for little over 2 weeks now and I am just loving it. Something about the people and the gym culture there. I am inspired by how in shape everyone is there. Everyone works out hard and really gets after it which makes me want to get into better shape and world harder. Staff is nice. Facility is clean. Machines and weights are great. I am glad I joined this gym. Shoutout to everyone in the gym getting after it, it inspires others without you knowing. Also the BCAA slushies

Fantastic experience: Great gym. All equipment is new and well maintained. The gym is clean and there is a ton of sanitizing stations to clean off the equipment after you use it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Coach Stanford for a while now and could not have had a better experience. He is encouraging, supportive and has a wealth of knowledge to guide people in their fitness goals. I have gone down pant sizes, I am stronger and have more confidence. He makes the workouts fun, enjoyable and interesting each session. He’s so easy to get along with and very patient. He makes me look forward to each session and makes the overall experience a great one. Would highly recommend Stanford to anyone looking for a personal trainer. The gym itself is fully equipped with everything you could need and is always clean. Each staff member I’ve encountered has been incredibly friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Clean tidy gym with a huge variety of machines to workout. The price for a monthly membership (VIP) is around 22$ with tax and it allows you to have access to almost everything they have as well as working out in all of their locations. The staff is friendly and show enthusiasm. The music is good. They offer a gym just for women if you're uncomfortable working out at large. The cardio machines have Netflix, TV, Spotify and Youtube. It is open 24 hours from Monday to Thursday so if you enjoy working out when it's empty, you can. They also have group classes if you like working out like that. It is truly the perfect gym

Fantastic experience: All of y'all complaining about yearly fees and stuff never signed up for a gym or what? Great place, large variety of machines, very big, clean. Even when it is crowded it doesn't feel like it.

Fantastic experience: Nice clean gym with a lot of space. Still in the process of constructing the pool. Overall I'm extremely satisfied. Fees included vip is about 345$ a year taxes in, not too bad considering buzzfit and econo fitness are about the same price for their tier 2 memberships. At least here you get a sauna, pool, large gym and large group classrooms. Cardio Machines are new with built in TVs and apps to watch netflix or listen to spotify.

Fantastic experience: Really great gym, tons of machines, very clean. I only wish that the water in the fountains could be a few degrees cooler. Currently they are about room temperature and not refreshing at all.
