Fantastic experience: Very professional place to workout at! I've been working out for over 10 years, I've been at many gyms around including world gym, econofitness, nautilus,... But this gym has something special... I will also like to add that the employee (Ilias) is very friendly, he always makes sure that I have everything I need which you don't usually expect that from an employee.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with friendly and welcoming staff. Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable gym that is rarely busy with people. Amazing promotions as well that are worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great price. Very clean feel. Equipment is in pretty good shape. Showers are private and clean. There are private change stalls in the changing room if you prefer that. Some of the lockers are a little damaged.

Positive experience: Clean gym with with a good price. They only have 2 spots for squat, deadlifts and bench which is not nearly enough when it is busy.

Fantastic experience: This is the gym I go to coming from Energie Cardio and Monster gym. It's really cheap and very straight to the point. You come here to train without the extra sauce of the other gyms. The gym is very clean and very organized. They have an amazing customer service and team. There's nothing more you can ask for. It's just 10$+ but you get your bang for your buck.

Fantastic experience: Simple is better! Honestly the reason I like this gym so much is its simplicity. You walk into a very clean gym, head straight to the machine you want to use, and work out. The staff is very friendly, atmosphere is energetic and vibrant. Personally, when I workout I want to feel comfortable in the gym I go to, I want to feel no pressure and that I can enjoy myself without judgement. Overall, this gym is perfect!

Fantastic experience: Clean gym with a variety of equipment. Peak hours (between 5 and 8 on weekdays) can be a bit crowded. Cannot be compared to other more expensive gyms, but still a good value for the price.

Fantastic experience: Very reasonable membership fee. Very clean. Polite and helpful staff. Lots of equipment. Only complaint is the type of elipticals they have (not a big fan of the two types they have) other than that, great location.

Fantastic experience: Tried 3 gyms after moving and altho this one is a bit further from my house, I'm glad I gave it a try. It's my new home now ! Cheap, clean, respectful. Rules are clearly explained and I really enjoyed the place.

Fantastic experience: I really love this gym. Good equipement for training and you never wait for a machine. There plenty of them. 20$/month and you can invite a friend with you no matter how many time and have access to 2 massage chair.

Fantastic experience: 24/7, big gym with good equipment, clean place. Around $12 a month and u can shower for free (unlike econofitness). Starting to get more crowded during rush hour but is still great for the price and quality.

Start your journey ..at 10$/month open 24/7... no excuses! Note: 75lbs dumbells max

Fantastic experience: Probably the best (and the newest) gym in the Brossard area. The staff (special tip of the hat to Susan And Mr M. Kleiti) is always smiling, very genuine and kind, which in my opinion, is seldom found in a gym environment. The facility has a high ceiling, giving you a nice spacious feeling. There are no elevators to get into, no buildings to access before getting to the gym (you just gotta go through two doors!) and parking is plentiful. The prices are fabulous and they charge you monthly. From the get go, there was no pressure. Most of the gym is a bunch of machines, however they do have a dedicated free weight area, which is smaller than I would have liked. Additionally, they do not have neither free standing bench press rack not a free standing squat rack instead machines are available for both types of exercises. I am not a machine fan hence the comment. Bathrooms, shower facility and locker area are clean (I hope it can be maintained as such). The best part is that this gym keeps it real. And that is what a gym should be about.
