L’entraînement, c’est une manière d’évacuer le stress, un moyen de développer sa confiance en soi, en plus d'agir à titre de prévention et d’amélioration des maladies chroniques.
Chez Beyond MVMT, nous sommes plus qu'un simple gym. Vous ferez parti d'une communauté motivante, dans un endroit sans jugement. Notre but est simple: vous accompagner dans vos objectifs d'entraînement, tout en prônant la santé physique ET mentale.
Cours de groupe d'entraînement fonctionnel de seulement 10 personnes. Avec de petits groupes, nous pouvons garantir une qualité de service et un encadrement sécuritaire. À travers notre programmation maison, vous aurez l'occasion de développer votre santé cardiovasculaire, votre force, votre endurance, votre mobilité... et bien d'autres!
Vous avez un objectif précis à atteindre? Vous êtes blessés depuis longtemps et vous n'avez toujours pas trouvé de solutions? Vous voulez commencer l'entraînement, mais n'êtes pas prêts à aller dans les cours de groupe? Si ces questions vous interpellent, les cours privés sont faits pour vous.
Vous et votre famille, ou vos amis(es) / collègues avez un objectifs précis à atteindre? Ou vous voulez simplement vous entraîner ensemble avec une programmation spécifique, à une heure spécifique? Laissez-nous savoir vos besoins et nous pourrons créer un cours sur mesure pour vous.
Nous offrons des cours de groupe à chaque jour, 7 jours sur 7. Notre centre possède 2 salles d'entraînement, soit la salle A qui réservée en tout temps pour nos cours de groupe et la salle B pour les cours privés et l'entraînement libre.
Profitez d'un tour 360 degrés afin de mieux prendre connaissance de notre centre d'entraînement, de nos équipements ainsi que de nos installations.
