Negative experience: I recently moved to a new location and, unfortunately, the gym is no longer convenient for me since there's no location nearby. My experience trying to cancel my membership has been a nightmare. First, I called to inquire about canceling, and they told me it couldn’t be done over the phone. So, I went to the gym in person, and they informed me that their system wasn’t working and that they couldn’t process the cancellation. They said they would take my request in writing and promised to send me a confirmation email. However, it’s been over a week, and I still haven’t received anything. Next, I was told that it could be done over the phone after all. So I called again, and once more, I was told that they would send me an email. Yet, once again, no email, no solution. This has been an incredibly frustrating process, and it feels like no one knows what they’re doing. I’m still waiting for a resolution and just want to be able to cancel my membership without all these unnecessary delays. I would not recommend this gym to anyone based on my experience with their customer service.

Positive experience: Washroom are not regularly cleaned. May be you guys doing once in a day but My opinion is that you guys should do once peak time passes. Rest is all okay

Negative experience: Did the trial period, realized the place was too small and expensive for what it was. Left a $70 deposit for the key fob and they never refunded me when I ended my trial period. I was very anxious about leaving my fob with the offcie without any confirmation of having left it, and now I know the concern was justified. I tried getting the refund back for 3 months, calling them every few weeks because there's a delay between requesting the refund and then receiving it. Gave up after 3 months of trying, still without a refund and only left with empty promises. They were a little pushy with getting me to sign up and then even more pushy when ending my trial period. I understand having to run a business and securing customers, but their persistent approach was a little awkward. Maybe this is a symptom of them not having enough revenue, but stealing deposits and being pushy won't be the winning tactic here.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 gym!! First of all, the cleanliness is impeccable, everybody cleans after themselves. Secondly, everyone is so respectful, putting back their weights after use and the team(front desk) are just the sweetest and warmest people. I love it here!!

His name is Leo the assistant manager, he gave me a smile, showing his beautiful white teeth and I felt at peace. I was immediately convinced to purchase the membership. 1 year later I made my amateur mma debut, as fit as ever, I have a record of 1-15 and am very proud of myself. CHAMA

Fantastic experience: The equipment is fairly new and always clean with a wide range of machines fit for any workout. The manager, Shad, was very nice and showed me around the gym as a first time member which was really appreciated and made me feel right at home.

Positive experience: Rather convenient location (and the only real free weight gym in the immediate area). Always clean and tidy. Leo has always been friendly and helpful, the rare times I have needed help. That being said, it would be much better if I could go in there without worrying about the AC not working on scorching hot summer days.

Fantastic experience: Je suis un utilisateur de cette salle depuis le 13 juillet 2023. La salle est toujours propre. Nettoyée quotidiennement par les employés (2 à 3 fois par jour). Les vestiaires et les salles de bain sont toujours en ordre et propre. Les gens font attention most of the time. Les employés sont super sympathique. J’ai discuté avec Isabelle et Léo ils sont là pour le service à la clientèle si vous avez des questions. La salle est petites. Malgré cela, il y a un vaste choix de machine, de poulies et de dumbbell. Il n’y a pas la même machine 2 fois. Donc, parfois il faut attendre. Les gens sont sympathiques. Hésitez pas à demander aux gens, j’ai jamais eu de confrontation par rapport aux machines ou au poids. J’ai jamais manqué quoi que ce soit pour mes entraînements. Les gens sont aussi plus actif ici tôt le matin de semaine 6 à 8-9h et le soir de 16h à 19h. Je m’entraîne souvent tôt le matin et je vois des visages familier. Je me suis fais quelques amis. J’ai eu une bonne expérience et je recommande 100%. Un bon perk aussi c’est qu’il y a une épicerie métro dans le centre d’achat. Après mon training souvent jvais faire mon épicerie. Y a du stationnement extérieur et intérieur.
