There are a variety of activities for all. April 2 2022 3:00pm Where inclusion can improve Fantastic gym, and so far staff are as accomodating as can be. Much kudos to Homer for his utmost professionalism and great service. Extra star here because of Homer and the other working staff. I am looking to add an extra star or two to this review eventually. For now I am a turned down at the fact that there is no unisex/family bathroom area I am a female caregiver to my male brother who has autism and there was nowhere for us in terms of facilities, no lockers for our belongings or changing area where I can be present to accomodate him. I think this would be quite relevant to the improvement of inclusion here. Hopefully in the near future a family bathroom/changing area can be added.

Fantastic experience: I went Gym and Swimming here it is 6 a reasonable price here. They have everything for exercise. It is big place you can get canteen, school everything in a single place.

Fantastic experience: It is Jewish community development centre. It works for the whole Jewish society in Montréal. It basically receives donations from the different donors and the government too and spend money on socio-cultural and economic well-being for the Jewish people in Montréal.

Just wanna say thank you to the Jewish community for making it possible for many young people. It was very affordable during those times. (2010-2012)

Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but a positive experience here. Been a member for a few weeks now and had a couple of personal training sessions as part of my initiation fee. Let me tell you -- it's worth it, it's fun, and they're really knowledgeable. The facilities are well maintained, the gym is HUGE, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. With access to so many amenities for an affordable price, it makes signing up here a no brainer. Highly recommend you check this place out if you're looking for a gym to go to.

Fantastic experience: This gym is well maintained and has good equipment. Security is tight because it's part of the community centre. Not the cheapest membership, but worth the money. There's never a wait for the cardio machines but there are only two barbell platforms and there can be a wait for those.

Fantastic experience: It is an excellent gym. A great range of group classes, a huge cardiologist room, a huge weight room. There is something for everybody. Swimming programs. Indoor track. Several large gymnasiums. This place has everything.

Fantastic experience: The group classes were organized, high intensity, and provided me an outlet to form new friendships. The trainers were highly professional, giving me pointers on how to perform certain workouts to get the best benefit out of them. We performed several workouts which included bodybuilding techniques (gaining muscle mass), high-intensity cardiovascular activity, repeated movements, slow and steady movements with heavier weights, and finally, to cool down, some stretching and yoga. My overall experience with the group classes was positive.

Fantastic experience: I am aware that the Y has many different types of activities. However, in my brief late visit I was impressed how the young and the old are having a great time exercising... The young were playing basketball in the gym, while the dancers in the other hall kept on dancing with smiles on their faces. ....when I walk an hour a day I do not smile or enjoy it as I used to enjoy playing basketball.
