Fantastic experience: Love coming to Evolve Sunridge! This gym provides the best equipment for all types of lifters and facility management ensures the cleanliness of the gym at all times. To top things off, the members and trainers are all very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Clean, brand new equipment, tons of racks and platforms and polite staff. Solid variety of equipment and space between the crossfit portion and the traditional body building side. Great spot for everyone from the seasoned athlete to a first timer.

Fantastic experience: Love it! As a beginner getting into strength training, I've found the gym a welcoming place with great equipment. Even when it's super busy I'm able to find a space to get a workout in and not wait too long for equipment!

Fantastic experience: out of all the gyms I’ve been to in yyc, this has been the best; as a powerlifter no other gym served my needs this well. every time i come in I feel the same amazing sense of community, and all the people I’ve met here are incredible. an insane range of equipment for everyone and the place is always kept clean. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this gym for awhile now. They have helped me every step of the way to gain my fitness goals. I was 250lbs last year and when I started with the gym was 190lbs. That was sept 2019, I’m down to 170lbs with some muscle. I love coming to this gym. Clean and welcoming. Classes are great and challenging. Coaches are with you and help with form and any questions you may have. I can’t even fathom all the services they offer to you as a client. This place has grown on me. Truly is family... not client.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, the people and the environment. Can't express enough how much I love all of the Evolves. If you love CrossFit, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting or any other type of athletic training, this facility is the one to be at with the best equipment.

Fantastic experience: This Evolve location shocked me a little bit when I entered. As soon as you enter the door, you're in the gym. You're closer to someone benching than the front desk. Not an issue at all, I've just never experienced that before. Aside from that, they have all the staples that Evolve is now known for, including a well planned floor space with areas for general fitness, powerlifting, weightlifting, CrossFit style training, and lots of space to train whatever you want on the turf. They also officially have the heaviest plates I've ever seen (and probably ever will see) at 50kgs.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to wait for a while before publishing a review, until after the gym honeymoon phase. Evolve strength is everything I would want in a gym. It's clean, full of squat racks and proper powerlifting equipment. From the first day I walked in, I felt welcome. The owners are helpful, and clearly care about the members as well as the facility. After going to many gyms over the years, this one wins hands down.

Fantastic experience: Right from day 1 I knew I made the right decision to join Train Heroic. Brandon and Ryan went above and beyond to ensure I knew what I was signing up for. They also listened to my concerns about lifting again after an injury and all the trainers have been fantastic at encouraging me to trust the process. I’m having so much fun gaining my strength back. The programming is bare none and the people are the best.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my first visit tonight.Ive never been to a gym in my life and Was greated by such friendly staff and Nathalie ( owner) personally showed me around and did a routine with me to be familiar with all the equipment. It's a large facility with brand new equipment and lots of options to do. They hold weight competitions there which will be fun to watch also. looking forward to be going there every week, gonna be alot of fun!

There is a wide variety of equipment and functional training tools to help you reach any of your fitness goals. Not to mention all amenities and equipment are kept in sparkling condition. Lovely community of people and support. Especially Natalie who is absolutely amazing and makes you feel welcome :) Membership is very reasonably priced and offers many different options.
