Fantastic experience: Came today with my sister for the first time and we were helped by Jesse. He was very sweet and to the point and helped me get a day pass. Gym is very nice, spacious and feature some nice machines id never seen before. The locker room looks newly renovated and is very nice with complimentary blowdryers and curlers which I've never seen in a gym. Definitely will be coming here whenever im in calgary!

Fantastic experience: It’s always a pleasure working out at this gymMVNT facility in every way. There are a wide variety of machines, weights and cardio machines to use which are maintained regularly so that they are both in working order and sanitized well. The well up keeping also extends into the change room and shower/sauna area, making all amenities a great pleasure to use! The staff are also very friendly and make the effort to make your experience as smooth and efficient as possible (special thank you and shout out to KIM!), as well as providing an open environment making it easy to ask questions you may have. The low turn over rate of staff also reflects a great working environment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. Super positive environment, Kim’s uplifting greeting when you walk is motivating. Floor is organized, change rooms are clean. Place is basically still new inside. I go out of my way to come here.

Fantastic experience: Cut to the chase - honestly one of the best gyms in Southern Alberta. Trust me, I’ve got a gym shopping addiction and I love Transcanada Gymvt. Will always be my home base. First, the place is MASSIVE. Honestly, a walk around the place could get you in shape. There’s a variety of equipment and not to mention how tidy everything always seems to be. Best of all, THE STAFF. I kid you not, you walk into this place and it becomes your little safe bubble with your little cute gym family. Get a chance to see Kim in the morning - she’ll perk up the moment you walk through the doors. Julian got a very steady demeanour, pretty sure he knows everything and is always willing to help out. Jesse, looking for someone to get your cardio going as well as a good laugh, he’s your man. And we never forget about Ferdie - you’ll feel really safe with this man, no judgement just bestie vibes. This gym has everything you could possibly imagine. And hopefully, someone else will be convinced to make this gym their home too ❤️

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently started working out at the Gymvmt trans Canada location and it’s been a really good experience. First off, this is one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever seen. Even the locker rooms/bathrooms are spotless, they look like what you’d find in a fancy hotel lol. Janitors are also always ripping around keeping the place super tidy, so props to them. I also love how the gyms never packed, regardless of the time I go, i never have to wait for the equipment I need. Staff is super friendly, always saying hi/bye and asking how you are. Jesse was the guy who signed me up, and he was super patient and answered all questions, showed me everything going on and made it nice and easy. When he offered extra trainer packages or extra costs and I said no, it was a pleasant understanding. I was never pushed or persuaded to spend more money than I wanted too. He’s a great guy So far me and my girl have been training with Carter, he’s also a great guy. Dude is knowledgeable but also happy to be there and very helpful. Furthermore, they have a separate section for girls if they don’t want to workout in the co-ed part of the gym. This is another bonus, because it just adds another layer of comfort to the atmosphere. Even the people that go there are great, no goofies walking around looking to fight for no reason, just friendly people in there to do their thing and have a good time while working out. Overall, this gym is straight money. Baller gym, baller staff, baller everything.

Fantastic experience: I’ve went and tired out many gyms but this has to be one of my absolute favourite. It’s super clean and friendly workers/trainers.They also have some of the newest equipment that i need which is a perfect.

Fantastic experience: GYMMVMT is a great gym to go to, they have a lot of equipment, and my favourite part are the fitness classes, along with the super friendly staff! I love seeing Kim at the front she cheerfully greets who comes in! I occasionally go in the mornings and it isn’t too busy during that time, i would definitely recommend this gym, it has such a comfortable environment and the experience was phenomenal for me!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member here for about two years and am confident this will be my gym forever. Huge range of equipment suited for any goal you might have. Kim at the front desk greets just about every regular by name as soon as they come in the door and is overall just a wonderful and kind lady. The staff is great and lots of space so an overcrowded gym at this location isn’t an issue. I’ve tested other gyms but found myself bouncing around, not able to feel comfortable or not enough equipment. This is the gym that completely changed my lifestyle!!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! It's a very clean and spacious gym, equipment is all in great shape with plenty to use. It's great having both a co-ed area and a women's only area the way this location has. Joining and getting information was so easy and Jesse Haney was able to answer any questions with complete transparency and in a quick turn around. It has been over a decade since I stepped foot in a gym but I was able able do so confidently and comfortably here. I 100% would recommend this gym to anyone looking.

Fantastic experience: Clean, spacious and well kept. This is a large facility with a Coed and a womens section. The Coed section has multiple weight lifting platforms, bumper plates, multiple racks, at least a dozen barbells, dumbbells reaching up to 120 LBS as well as many pieces of specialized equipment (hack squat machine, hip thrust machine, prowler, push sled). Multiple stationary bikes, ellipticals and treadmills as well. There is always a free rack, even during busy times. Very clean and maintained change rooms with showers as well as a sauna. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, I recommend asking for Ferdie when you come, he's a great guy and will give you an informative and unbiased tour of the gym without being pushy like many other gyms do.

Fantastic experience: I came from GoodLife over a year ago now and haven’t looked back. This GYMVMT in particular has an amazing staff thats taken care of me and gone the extra mile when they didn’t have to. The trainers and desk staff are always super welcoming and laid back. As far as equipment they have absolutely everything I need as an experienced body builder and even some power lifting stations. They keep up with their equipment and the other gym goers there are an awesome community. I’ve thought about leaving for a gym with a basketball court or other amenities but I'm hard pressed to give up my $40/ month rate for what I’m getting. Peak hours are no where near as bad as GoodLife or golds and actually totally doable as I rarely have to wait for equipment. For the value I’m getting, couldn’t ask for more honestly.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a wonderful place to lift. It's a welcoming environment and they have the most polite staff. I've never felt so comfortable in any other gym compared to this one. Kim at the front desk is the sweetest human and actually cares to get to know the people that attend this gym. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for well over 20 years at this location. Once was Spa Lady until GymMvmt took over I would give them a chance and I haven’t left yet. Great friendly staff always making you feel welcome Cleaning procedures are above and beyond especially during COVID. Open 7 days a week great hours. Great place to get your work out in Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at the gym for years it feels like a community to me .The staff are warm welcoming and helpful Kim at the front desk always greets me by name with a friendly smile. Jacelyn my trainer has been great at keeping me motivated and helping me to reach and achieve my goals .The other trainers are willing to give me a hand for a spot or something when I need it. The gym is kept clean and well organized thanks to the leadership of Trevor Portsmouth (gm ) at club who sets a good example and even steps up and cleans the gym himself .If you are looking for a good place to work out at I highly suggest Gymvmt Transcanada.

Fantastic experience: This is a bit of a rant, but read on. Some of the one star reviews I see on here is truly baffling. This gym and every staff member I have dealt with has been great since I joined. I think some people on here need to grow up and take accountability on the contracts they sign and what they are agreeing to. These past two years have been challenging for everyone and ALL Alberta businesses, nobody had the right answers or a tailor made "pandemic playbook" along the way. GYMVMT has done an excellent job sending e-mails to communicate all changes throughout explaining changes I need to be aware of every step of the way. It is clear not everyone on here reads those, because I have and I have seen nothing but a business dealing with all of the challenges of the pandemic and the sometimes weekly changes to restrictions, better than most businesses I've gone to in the past two years. To the guys on here saying this is an unsafe environment, I was there that day on the weekend everything went down and YOU were the instigators. Yeah if you won't tell the real story, I will as you ruined my and a lot of other members workout that day with the commotion that your actions caused. Exaggerate much? Nobody punched anybody, he shoved you, because after asking you nicely to stop staring at him and following him around, you kept doing it. I am glad to see from your review that you cancelled your memberships because the Manager discussed your actions with you. You will no longer be able to cause problems at the gym. You have stared down and instigated some of the other members I know. You have laughed when you took the plates off the machines they were using when they weren't looking because you thought it was hilarious. Some have quit because of your shameful, ignorant, immature behavior. Seems like that Manager, did EVERYBODY a favor by talking to you about it, which is what a Manager is supposed to do. The people who are complaining on here about the cancellation policies probably just make every excuse they can to go back on the agreements they made when they feel like getting out of them. I was raised that your word should mean something and so far GYMVMT has exceeded my expectations and delivered on everything stated, the way stated. To the full grown adults on here lashing out like children because they don't get their way, do something more productive with your life than pinning your lack of responsibility and follow through on others. To the staff of GYMVMT you rock and the members who know the real deal and have a reasonable level of intelligence and empathy are with you and appreciate what you do to make the club welcoming and enjoyable to attend. Rant over.....

Fantastic experience: This gym is an amazing place to workout. I have been a member here for about a year now and it has always been an amazing experience. They have great equipment, tons of options for working out, updated renovations that include saunas, a positive atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. I have seen a few negative reviews and I have to say this wasn’t my experience at all. The front desk staff in the mornings and on the weekends have been outstanding! Always going above and beyond for me and others, they actually care to get to know you and be friendly. 5 Star experience for me so I highly recommend you check it out!

Fantastic experience: One of the cleanest gym in Calgary. Wonderful staff especially Ferdie. My favorite fitness consultant. He helps me out and always gives me good advice on any regimen. He’s so welcoming and I feel at ease whenever I come in.

Fantastic experience: Started with this gym over a year ago, they’re very spacious & have a wide variety of equipment for everyone. I enjoy that they’re not too busy typically , and their little mvrs program is a life saver, Alesha is amazing & my children love her ! Ps. Kim at the front desk is amazing & makes my life a lot easier she always greets us at the front & has me checked in before I even take my shoes off which helps since I’m usually holding my son. Highly recommend to everyone !

Fantastic experience: Staffs are always very friendly and willing to help answer any inquiries I have. Very nice to have a section just for us ladies especially on days where I don't want to be in the general area. I like their system where for members who registered/scheduled for a fitness class through the app, so that it's not overcrowded, and a better way for the instructor to keep track I suppose. I love the access to the sauna room and how it's designed with wood, it's relaxing and everywhere feels clean.

When I came in, I was eager and comfortable because of Ferdie’s friendliness! I felt at ease because of him. The gym is super clean and the HER side gives privacy for the women. Fantastic experience: I moved from GoodLife to GYMVMT after the lockdowns and bookings started to happen. I can go whenever I want, there's never a waiting list & the girls section is BY FAR, the best I've been to. Incredible gym. **EDIT. I'm NOT a fan of the restrictions put on the fitness centers in Alberta. I think its invasive and uncomfortable having someone forced to stand 6ft. away from me, watching me while I work out, and pretending like it's safer than if I worked out alone. That being said, GYMVMT has been INCREDIBLE. Everyones frustrated and it's comforting knowing that the staff are there for you, not just as staff. I've met some incredible people in the short time I've come here and I highly recommend! (only request - you guys NEED tanning beds) :)
