Fantastic experience: Went to my first crossfit class at this gym and all I can say is Wow! This place has completely changed my view on fitness. I'm actually really excited about working out here and looking forward to coming back again and again. This is a brand new South Edmonton Crossfit gym and is sure to explode with success as more people realize that this little gem exists. The coaches are top notch, they fire you up through your workout, but make sure your movements and form are perfect so that your safe and stay injury free. Plus the space is awesome and the other members are friendly and very welcoming. I honestly can't say enough about this place. I would recommend it to my closest friends and family. I feel lucky to have found it.

Fantastic experience: It's a little bold, placing a review after only one visit, but I'm confident. I had a wonderful experience, the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and personable. The gym is clean, tidy and is equipped very, very well. Will definitely visit again and encourage others to visit as well.

Fantastic experience: Hands down one of the best crossfit gyms! I travel quite a bit for work and this is one of the best gyms I've been too. The coaching is excellent, the programming is well thought out, the gym is clean and organized. The community and coaches are very welcoming!

Fantastic experience: I never would have thought that joining a CrossFit gym could have been so greatly rewarding. Supportive and welcoming people, strict/motivating coaching, nice and clean facility, challenging programming... it has it all. I have been a member for almost 3 years, and I still get excited wondering what the workout is going to be the following day. This place does not disappoint what-so-ever! Andrew, Mel, and their team of coaches are fantastic. Thank you all for including me in your community.

Fantastic experience: MEL is the best fitness instructor I have been with ! Today was my first class and she helps and teaches others with no fear. She has a great personality which encourages other athletes to do their fitness. I would highly recommend MMSC Crossfit .... EXCELLENT !!

Fantastic experience: I'm in town for a couple of days and I've never been to Edmonton. I'm from the States and this was my first drop-in experience in Canada. Mel, our coach, will remember my gf and I because we were late, I dropped my fit-aid on the carpet, and I was the tannest person to probably walk through their new box :D Mel was direct, correct, no lolly-gagging with the instruction, which was nice for me. She scaled the WOD for my gf who doesn't crossfit. I appreciated her introducing us to everyone. Myself, 7000 km from home. The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming with our group of 10. Didn't really think anything about it until Mel mentioned it, but it smells a little bit like tires still :D Great experience overall, sleek new box, nice members, Wodify integration, really clean bathrooms. Dropped-in a few handful of boxes, and i'd definitely recommend MMSC! They're doing alot of things right! Mahalo Mel!

Fantastic experience: The box is small but the coaches and athletes are AWESOME! I got to drop in while on business in Edmonton and not only did I get a great workout, I got some serious coaching too! See you when I’m back in town.

Fantastic experience: I did private sessions with coach Melissa Chatigny. Amazing coach and all around human being. I definitely recommend her services. The space is clean with nice equipment.

Fantastic experience: The best thing about this box are the coaches. I like how the class sizes are small and the coaches spend time with each individual pointing out ways to improve technique and performance. Great overall atmosphere. 5 stars all the way.

Fantastic experience: I was in town with work for a few days and have been training Crossfit for just about a year now in another city. The facility and the programming were amazing! The coaching was top notch and very helpful. Ian was very accommodating to me dropping in for a few classes. The group that trains here is great! Everyone was very inviting and made me feel like I was just another member. I wish I lived here so I could train at MMSC all the time. If you live in Edmonton and want to get into Crossfit get in there, it's a great place, you are lucky to have it! Keep up the great work MMSC! Looking forward to coming back.
