Fantastic experience: Luke has been great to work with as trainer, even in a virtual/remote capacity. He cared about the specific fitness goals I had and developed a personal workout regime and specific workouts to help me make progress. He also took the time to adapt routines at times when I didn’t have access to a gym which I really appreciated, and provided consistent support and check-ins with workouts and daily diet tracking. Luke’s knowledge, positive reinforcement, personable nature, and dedication to helping achieve your fitness goals makes him easy to recommend.

Fantastic experience: Coach Luke Bialobyzski is very professional and attentive. Focus on my individual needs and adjusting the program that is best for me. He is my very first online coach and I am 100% made a right choice.
