Diva Fitness and Pilates Studio in White Rock is a Fitness Studio that offers small group pilates classes, low-impact injury rehabilitation training through pilates and personal training since 1995.

We are a boutique style studio offering a non-intimidating atmosphere in which we cater to everyone of all ages, shapes and sizes. We offer small group classes and personal training that will not only make you look and feel better, they will inspire you to keep coming back.

If your body is experiencing pain, trauma, or any injury, we at Diva will work to liberate your movement and accelerate your recovery. The exercises are tailored to strengthen your core and tone your body, promoting agility and good posture.

STOTT Pilates is a contemporary approach to traditional Pilates, developed over three decades by a team of physical therapists, sports medicine, and fitness professionals.

At Divas Fitness, we bring spinning back to life. Spinning is an excellent way to burn calories, increase muscle definition in your core and legs and increase cardiovascular fitness. Our classes are high-energy and highly effective.

Our Barre fitness is FUN! The Barre classes increase cardiovascular endurance and metabolism that helps you quickly burn calories, strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk and improve your posture.

Proprioception, also referred to as kinaesthesia, is the sense of self-movement and body position. It is sometimes described as the “sixth sense”. Proprioception is mediated by proprioceptors, mechanosensory neurons located within muscles, tendons, and joints.

Fantastic experience: Diva fitness has been around for decades!! The instructors here are so great at teaching pilates that most of their students have been going to them since they started. I'm in total surprised about how well they can teach and help a ladies at the age of 65+
