Fantastic experience: My daughter loves her swimming lessons, I have used the gym in the past and overall its an excellent value-add to the neighborhood. Living a stone's throw away from here, makes my family feel like there is always a go-to place as a default family rec center. Thanks YMCA.

Fantastic experience: I must say that I chose this facility for many reasons, but customer service is one of the biggest reasons. Aside from the facility being clean, well spaced out, and organized, the staff are also very communicative and pleasant to work with. During all my visits, I especially like connecting with Pete whom is very social, and adds to the community vibes at the facility. It's not just a gym/centere where you clock in and clock out, but I often linger a bit to connect with Pete before leaving. Their COVID protocols, although shaky at times (not always enforced at the beginning - which is why I stopped attending for a couple months), are effective and much more clearer now. I'm assuming there has been better training and guidance for the staff. I feel safe, have adequate access to cleaning supplies, and always get my work-outs in. Thank you YMCA Staff!

Fantastic experience: Basketball is popular here. Courts are also used for aerobics (larger classes), badminton ++. If you've never been to a Y before, you'll be happy with the fitness classes, clubs, and courses available. Family atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Is small place but good facilities,most important their pools very clean, even inside changing rooms very clean and a lot space. Staff is super friendly and nice. Too bad is no WiFi there. I remember last time I go there pools swimming, I lost my locker key. Thank you for lifeguard. He find my key, otherwise I couldn't go home at all. Atmosphere their good for family . For me I love it . I don't know you guys, what do you think?

Fantastic experience: The staff that I've encountered here are very helpful and welcoming. The fitness facility has a wide arrange of equipment and are very well maintained. I did not get the chance to utilize the whole facility or the programs but what they offer seems pretty well worth it for the price.

Fantastic experience: Modern amenities including relatively new workout machines. Staff is very friendly. Pool doesn't get too busy except some times on weekends with the kids' programs.

Fantastic experience: Great facility. Great staff. The gym is huge, lots of equipment, lots of space. Separate area for stretching, plenty of classes that are free with membership. The pool is nice and clean, big windows let in lots of natural light. The changing rooms are basic, but if you can get into the plus membership, it's like being at a spa. You get access to a private steam room, a sauna, complimentary towels and toiletries, lovely showers and even a little lounge. If you can afford it, I would do it.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! Their plus membership is amazing, pricey but definitely well worth every cent. The staff is super friendly every day and more importantly it is very clean! Their pool area and equipment are well maintained they even had a running track on the roof!!

Fantastic experience: Pretty impressive space for a YMCA. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are a powerlifter. 2 decent racks for squats, 3 benches (although with no grip; put a mat or bands over them) and 2 deadlift platforms extending from the beforehand mentioned squat racks. Their bar selection is decent as well. I would suggest using the Rogue bar when available.

Fantastic experience: Love it here. So bright and clean with helpful staff. The equipments are very up to date. I especially love their elliptical machines. If you like to avoid the rush hours, go between 9 and 11. Highly recommended for families activities as well.

Fantastic experience: Facility was very helpful in explaining the registration process and giving us the access for reviewing the pool, courts and gym. We registered for the free passes for there promotion in april month before making our final decision to get the membership.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff and brilliant facility. I didn't have a bank account or credit card as I had recently arrived in Canada. The staff bent over backwards to help me with various payment options throughout my time there. You wouldn't get that at pretty much any commercial gym. Apart from that the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility itself is excellent, as is the value for money. The free weight section here is much better than a lot of other locations I checked out in the lower mainland. The rest of the gym area is also very well equipped. Aside from that, the pool, classes, basketball court and numerous other facilities are top notch. Sadly, I had to leave due to moving downtown, current gym nowhere near as good as this.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for 2 years and absolutely love it. They have great classes and I've never had to wait to use a machine. The price is reasonable and the Plus membership is the bee's knees... No screaming kids and a steam room... Yes please!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful full service gym. Huge gym that was fairly quiet during peak time. Has basketball court. The members locker room with towel service, hot tub, steam room and complimentary toiletries is really nice. If I was a local this would be my daily gym.

Fantastic experience: We just signed up for a family membership and it's been great. The kiddie pool is awesome for our toddler boy. Nice big family change rooms too. The facility is super clean and the staff is friendly.
