Fantastic experience: The best fitness facility I’ve been to ever, hands down. 1. The price is amazing for what you get! 2. It’s not busy at all. 3. It’s not leaning towards the body building side of things, which I personally appreciate very much. 4. Not full of gym “bros”. It’s overall an amazing facility, with amazing equipment and amazing staff. Everyone who works here does an outstanding job, thank you for providing me and many others with an amazing facility.

Fantastic experience: I love it here as always; The pool is heated right and big enough. For drop-off swimming, it will cost 17$ and 2$ for the locker. I bring my towels with me, but if you don’t want to, you can rent one for 12$ the whole month. A clean and safe place to swim and enjoy. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I love this pool! The staff are very helpful and kind, they're patient with questions and clear up any concerns. The changerooms (at least the men's) are spotless and clean (as are the showers), you don't have to worry about any dirty wet floors (although I would still recommend wearing flip-flops). Furthermore, my swim instructor was excellent. She was helpful, patient, and kind! I truly feel I've not only learnt a lot, but my swimming confidence has increased exponentially. I'll definitely be back during the next registration period!

Fantastic experience: I just re-issued my membership now that the vaccine passport is in play and I'm so glad I did! The staff is so friendly and conscientious and Josh's bootcamp felt safe, challenging and as fun as always!

Fantastic experience: The YWCA is incredibly clean, well-organized and safe to work out at. I am so impressed by the extra level of sanitization and social distancing mechanisms they've put in place for safety. The instructors try to get to know you by name and offer plenty of options for different fitness levels. The reduced class sizes have been amazing and I feel I'm getting even greater value for my membership. I always feel welcomed by the front desk staff and it is a very non-intimidating gym compared to others in the area. I can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: I love it at the YWCA in Vancouver! The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great fitness community and I always leave my workouts feeling really great. There’s lots of good quality equipment and access to great coaching. Lots of open fitness spaces and limited capacity to allow distancing. I really enjoy the Fitness and Racquet Club location.

Fantastic experience: Loved it. My friend brought me here. Health and fitness is well equipped gym and studio. Super clean from lockers, shower rooms until the gym main floor. Huge area to explore with. Towels are provided. Too happy i found this facility because it has everything you need gym, pool, steam and hot tub.

Fantastic experience: It’s not a five star hotel, but it deserves a five start for it’s price, value, service, and atmosphere. The place is small, and it’s not luxury. But it’s quite, the staffs are friendly, and it accommodates your essential needs.

Fantastic experience: Just started going here and I have to say that it's a top notch facility. The pool, sauna, and hot tub are all spotless. The gym is pretty quiet except for the odd morning. You also get all the fitness classes included.

Fantastic experience: I am taking adult swimming lessons here. I took their level 1 swimming, unfortunately the instructors changed every week. But all of them were really professional and nice people. The pool is not crowded and the atmosphere is very peaceful. A lifeguard is always present and they are willing to help with any question or problem. The lanes are tagged as "slow", "fast", "very fast" or "multipurpose (for physiotherapy or water gymnastics purposes)" etc. I think this is a very good idea, you don't have to feel stressed because of your pace as long as you choose the correct lane for yourself. The number of students for a swimming class to start was at least three. There is this blond lady in front desk, she is really helpful and always smiling (I will learn her name :D). She told me that I can register and if that class does not start, then my money will be refunded. The class opened, but it was really good to know that my money won't be hold for an unknown future class which might be opened. Finally, the swimming classes are not crowded and this is one of the biggest advantages of this place!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym and pool. I went to the pool during high traffic times and everyone was courteous and kept to their lanes. All the classes had great instructors, and the gym equipment, aside from the Smith machine, was generally available. I went from 7 to 8am and 6 to 730 pm. I switched jobs so I cancelled my membership only due to distance and cost.

Fantastic experience: I've been working out here for several years now; I have to say, especially for a gym in the middle of Downtown, YWCA Health Fitness offers an amazing ratio of price to quality. There's a huge pool, great variety of classes, and every kind of weights or cardio set up you could ask for. To top it off, the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for 6 months, I find the staff are really friendly, classes have a great variety, even at busy periods there is enough equipment, it’s really clean, locker rooms can get a little crowded at times but there is more than enough lockers and showers and again it’s kept really clean. I love it here.
