Fantastic experience: Needed a new gym after moving back downtown went to visit a couple places to get a feel for what was out there and let me tell you after my tour with Elis I was sold she really took the time to inform me about ever aspects of the gym and was instrumental in making my choice. Great gym great people and couldn't ask for a better atmosphere

Fantastic experience: Such a first class gym facilities with variant of classes and services to choose from. They have fireplace, wet and dry towel, many different equipments, and so many other high end facilities. The service was amazing considering that you gotta pay $200ish each month to be a member.

Fantastic experience: A lot of people compare the membership fee at Equinox to gyms that charge less but what they don’t understand is you get access to excellent instructors and wide variety of fitness classes that are incomparable to other gyms. If you like instructor led classes this is definitely where you want to be. The cleanliness, modern design, premium free personal care products and an informative and easy to use mobile app are some of the many other reasons why I’m a member. Most importantly, the friendly, helpful staff really make each visit ever so pleasant! Shout out to Elis for helping me re-activate my membership with ease.

Located right off W Georgia Street, central and within walking distance of downtown offices / residences. The equipment and cleanliness is the best I’ve seen and I’ve been to almost every franchise in Canada.

Fantastic experience: So far, I am impressed by Equinox. Not only do they have a variety of options to cater to everyones workout preferences, clean facilities, lovely locker rooms (ie. steam showers!), and good energy, but their staff is also amazing. Elis was the individual who answered all of my questions; she is kind, relatable, and incredibly knowledgable, and was my first impression of equinox. Since meeting with Elis, I have attended classes and a PT session, and each instructor has amazed me with their energy and positive attitude. I would highly recommend going in to learn more if you are interest!

Also some reviews said “high pressure” “out for your money” couldn’t be more wrong Elis was friendly no pressure and I didn’t get the feeling they were out for any money. The trainers walking around if you want there help you have to ask they don’t just come up and interrupt you. Thanks

This gym is a one stop shop for all of your needs- it’s the only place that I could find in the Vancouver area that has everything I want to incorporate into my week- yoga, barre, pilates, hit classes and so much more. Everyone is so friendly- Elis was so wonderful, taking the time to meet with me, tour me around the place and guide me on how to get started with a personal trainer. Would definitely recommend!

Membership Advisor Elis invited me to try the gym and she showed me all the facilities, services, and offerings of the gym. She was very friendly and informative. The gym is very well-maintained and I find the culture and services at the gym very motivating.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym a couple months ago and I have never enjoyed working out so much in my life! The class instructors are incredible, so many class options including barre, spin, yoga, pilates, weight training, etc. The steam room, sauna and showers are the perfect end to a workout! Definitely worth the price in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: This gym is great if you're looking for work out classes. I don't personally think it would be worth it just for the gym unless money is not a factor for you! Classes are great and abundant and the facilities are amazing. Elis was the advisor who helped get me started. She's been amazing from the start and walked me through the process. It's a big commitment and I had a lot of questions! Elis patiently answered all of them and is always available by phone for the additional ones that have come up during my first month. Thanks again, Elis, for all your help!

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure to join a gym, because I didn’t like the idea, but after Elis invited me and showed me all the activities that Equinox has, I signed up, she has been a great support to encourage me to join the activities. I’m really happy with the facilities, the classes, everything is always clean and all the staff is very friendly, I so grateful that Elis convinced me and changed my mind.

All the staff seem to be welcoming and professional. The club is beautifully maintained and so far classes are excellent, really on another level. Well worth the cost!

Fantastic experience: This Equinox is mint from the friendly&personable staff, to the equipment, and facility itself. They make sure every detail of your experience has a touch of luxury. I had the pleasure of working with Lu who has the absolute best energy and vibes. She always checks in to make sure my experience at Equinox is always exceptional. Great community, extremely clean, and can't forget about the eucalyptus towels. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Equinox to anyone looking for a new gym in the city. You'll be looking forward to walk through those doors and feel amazing walking out!

Fantastic experience: Amazing space with lots of equipment! the staff is very professional. I signed up through Aiden, and I find that he is always available to answer questions or address concerns. They offer a great section of classes that you have unlimited access to. The membership fees are a bit steep but I think you get what you pay for and its definitely worth it if you take advantage of everything they have to offer.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Equinox has been a great gym during COVID-19, as they take every precaution, including by mandating masks and distancing at all times. It feels safe and clean, much more so than other gyms. Rui has consistently checked in with us, making our experience that much better! We are thankful to have him as our guide.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new member (joined two weeks ago) and really liking this gym so far! Impressed by the club’s cleanliness and safety measures put in place. I’ve only tried the barre class and complimentary pilates lesson so far and loved both! Everyone is super friendly and approachable, and quick to respond when you have any questions. I do feel like the apps could do with some improvements and they are missing the virtual cycle classes which is a shame when the in-person classes are not on. My membership advisor (Rui) was really helpful and answered my many questions! He was super positive about the club and my fitness goals – thanks Rui! I’ve felt welcomed by everyone since joining and I’m looking forward to trying all of the classes once they are back on!

Fantastic experience: This gym is a great place to work out. I joined the club in Sept 2020 and was impressed with the safety measures in place to help feel safe during the pandemic. My experience at the club wasn’t the best when I first joined. However, I was quick to give Lu, my membership advisor, the feedback and it was improved immediately. It’s a premium club and with some feedback they have made it feel that way. You are treated well by all the staff who are super friendly. The trainers on the floor are very nice and engaging in conversations if you like. I’m excited to come to the gym and see all the nice faces. It’s worth paying the premium price for me. I would highly recommend the club. And I encourage you to contact Lu when you’re ready to join. She is the best!
