Negative experience: I don’t know

Fantastic experience: I joined Apex Warrior one month ago with absolutely no experience in working out in my 40 years on this planet. I have to say I am blown away with the service and support from this organization from the top down from ownership to the instructors and even the other people participating in classes. What a great atmosphere and team environment. I highly recommend Apex Warrior to anyone looking to start their journey of getting healthy and in shape. Huge thanks to the entire team at Apex Warrior.

Fantastic experience: I used the online chat feature and I was talking to an actual person not a chat bot. They were quick to respond, knowledgeable, and professional. This means so much to me!

Fantastic experience: Recently signed up, and I love each session! Its not just weight training, has alot of cardio options. I like how the coach gives different variations to each excercise. Motivates as you go along. And sometimes you pair up with a friend, and that gets you going too. Highly reccomend.

Fantastic experience: Apex Warrior has all of my favorite functional fitness equipment such as pull up bars, gymnastics rings, and kettlebells and they have that hardcore gym feel that I love! If you're in Sudbury, you have to try Apex!

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout, the atmosphere is inclusive and they have all of the gear you need. There are lots of different ways that they can help you or you can just kick your own butt!

Positive experience: This was our second birthday party at Apex and the staff is very kind and helpful. Bring a sweater it is a bit cold ! The kids love the obstacle course and ramp.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym run by an outstanding owner and caring and knowledgeable coaches. Classes are well planned out with coaches providing feedback and corrections throughout. The members are incredibly welcoming and are quick to make you feel included. Everyone is striving to do their best and pushes you to be at that same level of intensity in each workout. If you're looking for a great environment and a change up from your machine based workouts to more functional movements and improve your running, Apex is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: Apex is more than a gym, it’s a community of people working together to meet their fitness goals. Although it may seem intimidating, those worries will quickly disappear once you actually walk in. I’m so glad I opened the door.

Fantastic experience: Apex is a second home, and owners Dennis and Gus, head trainer Amy are amazing. They treat me like family. Dennis is always thinking of ways to change up the course to make it different/more challenging. Very encouraging environment, and they are always pushing me to drive harder and get the most out of every workout.

Fantastic experience: Where to begin. This place has been open for less than a month and has changed my life forever. Not only is it fun( playing on those obstacles and becoming a real life ninja) but the owners Dennis and Gus, and head trainer Amy treat you like family. You never feel self conscious, everyone is like a family, supporting each other pushing eachother. Whether you are trying to become the next American ninja warrior, or just want to get in shape-Apex Warrior has everything you need from cardio, to weights, to medicine balls to squat rack and a giant warped wall that will call your name to try and conquer. Go check this place out. It’s like nothing you’ve ever experienced.

Fantastic experience: It's hard to really put into words how amazing Apex is, but I'll try. There's a sense of family, community, and encouragement as soon as you walk through the doors. The people (owners, trainers, and other members) push and motivate you to be better and stronger, WITHOUT that feeling of "I am not good enough". With that said, I'd also like to point out that this is a super fun place to workout! Every day there are new laughs and new smiles!
