Fantastic experience: Did our sons birthday party here. It was awesome kids had so much fun and the price is fair. It was clean organized and the staff was friendly. We are going to be doing our next birthday party here as well.

Fantastic experience: I just signed up my little one for the first time this session. With the coaching staff and management it is all and all a great facility. My daughter won't stop doing cartwheel around the house!

Negative experience: Completely disgusted in this facility. Went for a birthday party and I felt so bad for the lady hosting it. She hadn’t seen it prior to her reservation. Dirty dishes in the sink upstairs had mould growing on them. Personal dirty laundry from staff on the floor in washrooms. Trash cans overflowing, dirt and cobwebs all over the stairs and floor. No toilet paper in the washrooms either. I was totally appalled and will not recommend to anyone.

He is always open to expand his knowledge to better help his clients to be their own experts on thier movement and physical health. Thank you Zac for make feel that im in charge of my health.

Fantastic experience: LVX is the fitness hidden gem of Sudbury. Zak Sivret has so much knowledge about movement and the body and his passion beams in his teachings. His classes are my favorite because they're circuits that help you work out muscles to help you in healthy everyday movement. The time goes by so quickly because he makes them fun. This gym can help you with any additional practice you may have.

Although its a Ladies Group boot camp but looks like Zak has some super powers or extra eye s he is always watching you . And is there asap to the individual to correct their position s because he cares and doesnot want you to get hurt . His motto is to do it right even if its only 1 time . Its not about speed, its about perfecting your workout to get the needed and correcr muscle working . Thank you Zak
