Welcome to **SherGym**, Sherbrooke’s premier destination for artistic gymnastics, where passion meets performance in a supportive and dynamic environment. Located at 300 Rue du Cégep, our club is dedicated to nurturing gymnasts of all ages and skill levels, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and personal growth. Whether you are looking to compete at the highest level or simply have fun, SherGym offers a comprehensive range of programs tailored to individual goals.
Our **Competitive Program** is designed for talented young male and female gymnasts seeking to excel in provincial and national arenas. Guided by a highly certified coaching staff—including Technical Director David Altmeyer and specialized leads for Men’s and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics—athletes receive professional training focused on skill development, discipline, and excellence. We offer various competitive levels to ensure every dedicated gymnast has a path to success.
For those looking to build a foundation or simply enjoy movement, our **Recreational Program** provides a fun and engaging way for children to develop gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Using all standard artistic gymnastics apparatus, our recreational classes focus on integration and joy, ensuring that every session is both educational and entertaining.
SherGym also extends its offerings beyond traditional gymnastics with a variety of services. Join our dynamic **Summer Camps** for children aged 5-12, featuring themed weeks of activity with no prior experience required. Adults can stay active and strong through our specialized **Adult Gymnastics** classes, while community groups, schools, and organizations can book private **Group Classes** to promote fitness and teamwork. Our fully equipped facility, praised by members for its organization and spaciousness, serves as the perfect backdrop for achieving fitness dreams.
At SherGym, we believe gymnastics is more than just sport; it is a journey of self-discovery. With a team of passionate, certified coaches and a strong sense of community, we invite you to join a family where dreams take flight. Club de Gymnastique SherGym de Sherbrooke Inc: Reviews
Reviews are the opinions of their authors. We do not verify that the author was a customer.
Negative experience: The two instructors my daughter has had only watch and offer support to sone of the students, and do not watch the others or support them to make sure they are doing the movement correctly and safely. When my daughter stumbled on her landing during obe of her classes she was criticized instead of supported.
Fantastic experience: Rien
Positive experience: Beaucoup d'appareil d'entrainement.
Positive experience: Super ambiance
