The studio specializes in a diverse range of classes, including Pole Fitness, Aerial Silks, Lyra (Aerial Hoop), and Burlesque. Each 1-hour class is structured to provide a comprehensive workout, starting with intense floor warm-ups to prepare the muscles, followed by targeted stretching and core exercises. The main segment focuses on mastering spins, grips, inversions, and choreography, helping students develop the specific strength required for these artistic disciplines. Occasional specialty sessions, such as Double Pole or Polesque, may also be available depending on the current schedule.

Beyond regular group classes, Lily Lynx offers private experiences perfect for Bachelorette Parties and special events. These 60-minute private sessions can be customized to fit the needs of a birthday celebration or any other special occasion. Additionally, Lily is the founder of Sherlesque, the first professional burlesque troupe in Estrie, which has performed across Quebec and even at the Montreal Burlesque Festival.
