Fantastic experience: PEAK is an amazing gym that as a larger woman I find so comfortable and I am really able to be myself at. I have attended classes with Andrea,Sarah and the owner Mackenzie and they have all been phenomenal whether you are a first timer or more seasoned exerciser the workouts are geared to suit you. I would highly recommend this gym.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a personal training client of MacKenzie Firus’ at Peak for the last ten months and I wish I could find the words to express my gratitude to her and the community at Peak for the positive impact they have had on my life. As I have pursued my fitness goals, the support I have received has far surpassed anything I have experienced before. The moment you step inside the doors you are welcomed with open arms by an inclusive community of amazing individuals. The workouts are challenging, but accessible at any fitness level. You leave feeling empowered and already looking forward to your next workout at Peak. If you are considering joining this community, I highly recommend you do so!
Fantastic experience: The best people and a great workout
Fantastic experience: I never in a million years thought I’d be someone who actually ENJOYS going to a gym. Then, I started going to PEAK. I really thought I was going to punk out like a little wimp, but I got hooked. MacKenzie and her team of instructors have successfully created a supportive atmosphere, they provide excellent training & advice and they’re all genuinely fun and encouraging people! Give this place a try. You’ll see what I mean!
Fantastic experience: I have been going to PEAK since the beginning of this summer 2020 and I fell in love with the place & the people! The atmosphere is so fun and positive, which is why I love working out here. They provide a good mix of cardio, strength training and stretching through a variety of different classes. I love that it's so different compared to other workout studios. The community and staff here are so uplifting and non-judgmental. I always leave this place feeling more balanced, and refreshed (sometimes sore too). You always get a full body workout no matter what! The lovely staff always push you to do your best. I've recommended this place to all of my friends and continue to recommend to anyone!
Fantastic experience: This place has PEAKED my interest. I took a PEAK inside and, lo and behold, i was greeted with a friendly "hello there!". I have been going to classes in person and remotely for some time. I can safely say "i hit my PEAK." The classes are fun and the instuctors are deece! 11/10 PEAKS. imma keep going

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality PEAK is a brilliant place to be. The people are fantastic, the workouts are challenging (but cater to a wide variety of abilities and fitness levels), and the instructors are great. The climbers are challenging but fun (you climb to the music) and I have felt more fit overall than I ever have before. Definitely check out this studio.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! I have never felt so comfortable going to a gym like I have at Peak Hitt + Climb! The trainers and members are all so welcoming & push you to do your best! With my busy schedule, these workouts are able to maximize my fitness in a short amount of time!
Fantastic experience: This is by far my favourite place to work out! I am not a fan of traditional gyms. Peak is fun, extremely clean, and those 30min workouts are just what I love to end a day with. If you have never tired it, do it. They are so welcoming you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door.

Fantastic experience: I am SO happy I found this place! Most welcoming fitness community I have been a part of. All the instructors are friendly and they really care about your physical and mental health journey. Going to PEAK made the pandemic bearable, and they have excellent safety measures in place. I LOVE PEAK & I recommend everyone to try it. I always feel so rejuvenated, refreshed, and healthy after the workout! The duration of both the HIIT and Climb classes are perfect. I can go either at noon during my lunch break at work, or after work. Their times are so flexible and would likely work perfect for anyone, whether you're in school, working full/part-time, etc. Seriously, I am obsessed with this place!

I really love that the instructors are knowledgable and energetic. The versa climber is a really amazing way to work out and I am excited to try more of the HIIT style classes in the near future.
Fantastic experience: MacKenzie is amazing! After being on a bit of a workout hiatus due to injury, I was ready to get back to a regular workout schedule. The PEAK community was so welcoming and friendly and I immediately felt comfortable as I began to build my strength and endurance back up. All fitness levels are welcomed and celebrated, and I am thrilled to be getting stronger every day. I look forward to each class!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Peak classes for two months. Mackenzie is a great personal trainer and passionate about exercise. Her workouts are always different and creative which keeps you motivated. She always pushes you to reach your peak performance.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out with PEAK for four months and this is the strongest and healthiest I’ve ever felt! The classes are a perfect mix of cardio, strength and stretch, and they’re always changing so you never get bored. I feel like I’m pushing it to the limit but always having fun!
Fantastic experience: Great new workout space! The staff is super friendly and inviting. The climb class is a great workout, and they have ones that fit perfectly into the lunch hour! I can't wait to go back for more!
Fantastic experience: Prior to joining Firus Fitness, I would alternate between loving and hating the gym, which ultimately led to minimal progress. In the past 2 months, however, I haven't had one boring bootcamp yet! During the summer/early fall, we exercised in different locations, have used all types of equipment (e.g., Russian kettle bells, battle ropes), and EVERY SINGLE SESSION so far has been totally different! Mackenzie is a great motivator with realistic expectations for everyone depending on their fitness level/ability, and the rest of the bootcampers also make each session a blast. I definitely recommend Firus Fitness to anyone starting a fitness program and also those that are established in one but looking to try something new. I look forward to my progress ahead with my new squad!
Fantastic experience: I started working out at Firus Fitness in September of 2017. My goals when I started working out have been to get physically stronger and trim down (with a long term goal of those 6 pack abs!) I was making great strides until the end of November 2017 when I had an ankle injury that caused a long term setback. But the injury didn't hold back my goals (just slowed them down a bit). I was able to continue going to classes at Firus Fitness despite not being able to have full mobility on my left ankle for over 2-1/2 months. Our instructor Mackenzie planned great modified exercises (just for me) during a group class of 10 people! Because of this accommodation, I was able to keep my strength and endurance up, so that after I had proper mobility, I was quickly able to recover where I left off before the injury! She really puts in the extra effort to look after her clients needs, making sure they are comfortable with the workout. It has been a fun and challenging experience! The variety of the workouts are really great, and cater to all fitness levels. (But regardless of your fitness level be prepared to WORK!!!) I'm happy with my results so far, and those abs aren't too far off, Looking forward to the next few months to achieve my long term goals!! Thanks for everything Mackenize!
Fantastic experience: When I first started boot camp I said I need to get in shape but I can't run and I can't jump. Mackenzie smiled and said no problem .... That was two years ago and I can't believe what I am able to do now! Mackenzie seems to be able to know just when and how much to push you to do more. She is extremely knowledgeable and very conscientious about making sure exercises are done properly to prevent injury. If you have any physical issues she will have a modification to an exercise so it will work for you. I highly recommend PEAK for anyone who is interested in increasing their level of fitness!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Firus Fitness since February of 2017. I had always tried going to the gym but always ended up quitting and feeling frustrated as I'd never see any results over time. Now that I've joined bootcamp, MacKenzie pushes me and encourages me and for the first time I can see results. I was hesitant at first because it seemed more expensive than a gym membership but it's SO worth it! Fitness is now a priority in my life and I never thought I would get to this point. Her bootcamps are always different and always has an element of fun within it!
Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Kenzie since April and have seen amazing results! I’ve lost weight and have gained muscle. It’s the first time I’ve actualy stuck with a work out routine. She makes it fun and adapts for you when accommodating for injuries so you don’t lose your routine as well. I’ll never go back to the gym and will continue with boot camps and Strong classes. Definitely recommend!
Fantastic experience: I joined the class to try to get more active. Not only am I more active but I am losing weight and having fun at the same time. Mackenzie is a great trainer and knows how to motivate and push me to do all the activities.
Fantastic experience: I only recently started attending MacKenzie’s HIIT classes and I am 100% loving it. She’s got so much energy, always pushes you to go to the next level, but also always gives modifications if you just need to tone it down a little bit. Everyone is always welcoming and helpful which makes going to a workout even more enjoyable. In the time that I’ve been attending I have not done any repeat workouts which just shows the effort and care that gets put into her classes.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out at Firus Fitness for two years now and still look forward to every class. MacKenzie is always changing up the workouts and keeps the classes challenging yet fun. She is knowledgeable and is always willing to help where needed. For the past several months, she has offered guidance to me for prenatal workouts. Without her help and knowledge, I would have never been able to continue working out throughout my pregnancy. The group environment is fun and the classes always go by quickly.
Fantastic experience: Mackenzie from Firus Fitness is fearless and passionate! She is enthusiastic and has good rapport with her clients. She participates along side you and is knowledgeable about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She creates a positive environment and encourages you even when you feel you cannot do any more. She provides a welcoming atmosphere for all levels of fitness. She challenges everyone and modifies exercises for those who need it. She works out every muscle in your body. Bootcamp is hard work, however the rewards are worth it. You are definitely getting a full body workout for the price. Highly recommend her!
Fantastic experience: I signed up for Strong because I had taken classes with Kenzie before and thought I would try something a little bit different. It's been a great, high intensity work-out and I feel like my cardio endurance has really increased because of it. And Kenzie is a great coach - she keeps things fun and exciting.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Firus fitness for 2 years now (minus 3 months off in the summer). Mckenzie is an excellent instructor! She knows when to encourage you and when to push you to just do one more burpy. The classes are changed up all the time. In 2 years there hasn’t been 2 class es the same. We play some fitness games that takes your mind off how hard you are working. Even though some classes you are dying at the end you feel a real accomplishment and can say this old lady did that! You definitely feel better, sleep better, eat better and have more energy. Can wait to get back there !
Fantastic experience: I've been doing boot camp with MacKenzie since June 2017, and can honestly say that although some days were tougher than others, I am so grateful to be working out with her and the other women and men in her classes . I have a pretty demanding job, and the physical exertion from boot camp really helps to alleviate some of that stress. MacKenzie is always changing up the workouts, and adding an element of fun, so I never feel like we are doing the same old routine. I was originally a little apprehensive about spending the money on classes, but after my first day, I knew this was something that would hold my interest, and keep me motivated. I have noticed many changes in my body, and feel stronger than I have in a long time. Thanks for the motivation, support, and not letting me slack-off!
Fantastic experience: I really enjoy Kenzie’s classes. I have been participating in the Bootcamp and Strong classes for the past month. I find both of these classes fun and challenging. Kenzie provides a lot of modifications/options to grade the exercises so that you are able to get the ‘just right’ challenge out of your workout. The atmosphere is more intimate than large facilities and the people attending the classes are inviting and encouraging. I would recommend this class to anyone that is contemplating getting involved in a fitness program or wanting to change theirs current routine up. Most of all, Kenzie is passionate about what she does and her good vibe shines through during her classes!
Fantastic experience: I'm not naturally inclined to exercise, and MacKenzie did a great job of balancing motivating and pushing me. She does a great job of modifying exercises when i needed as well. Would definitely recommend trying boot camp!

Fantastic experience: Signing up for Firus Fitness bootcamps and Strong classes has been a great decision both for my health and fitness level. MacKenzie makes each class fun, motivating and challenges you no matter what your fitness level. Mackenzie is knowledgeable, encouraging, takes the time to know each client’s fitness level and provides adaptations that help achieve personal fitness/health goals. She adds variety to each and every class so you never get bored. You want to come back time and time again and push yourself to give your best effort. I have found that I am getting better fitness results attending Firus Fitness classes than I ever did going to the gym. I definitely recommend Firus Fitness classes!
Fantastic experience: MacKenzie is passionate about what she does and it shows. I have hesitated with joining classes/the gym in the past due to fears of being judged based on my size and clear lack of fitness, but MacKenzie is different! I don't feel shamed or judged...I feel encouraged and empowered! She always offers modification options if the exercises are something I can't quite do, yet offers encouragement for me to push myself. I have noticed positive changes not only in my abilities, but also in my energy and confidence levels. I've been part of her classes since early May and I look forward to them every week! I love the variety and fun she brings, but also the challenges. I can't picture not going now that I've been a part of it.
Fantastic experience: Bootcamp with Mackenzie has been amazing! She knows her stuff and will challenge you while still making it FUN. You truly will see results and have some laughs while doing so. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to be pushed outside their comfort zone with a great group of people!
Fantastic experience: I started coming to Firus Fitness in March with a specific goal in mind, however after completing that goal quickly, I decided to keep attending bootcamp because I enjoy it. MacKenzie always pushes me to try my hardest, as I know I wouldn’t work that hard on my own. The group environment is more fun and is also good motivation! After 5 short months I have already seen huge results!
Fantastic experience: I started working out at Firus Fitness in October 2016 and since that time have made a commitment to myself to work on my fitness and living a progressively healthier lifestyle. Kenzie is very supportive and helps motivate me to push myself and keep up with no only fitness but healthy eating goals as well. I thought at one point I would go until I could do it myself but every time Kenzie is gone for a week I realize that I would literally just go home and sit on the couch without the obligation of going to a class- which is why literally hundreds of dollars were wasted on gym memberships before I joining Firus Fitness. I have done both the boot camps and Strong classes and enjoy them both. I would highly recommend joining to anyone looking to get their fitness on track!
