Fantastic experience: Solid coaching and welcoming community. I’ve been a member since day one. Spring 2022: I started my golf season and immediately was hitting long drives. I credit this to the CrossFit 150 programming building strength over time through safety, proper mechanics and unceasing enthusiasm. Thank you Val and CrossFit 150!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this gym for almost 3 months and can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to. Not only am I growing physically but mentally and emotionally. The leadership by Jason and all the coaches is excellent. They show such knowledge but also humility and kindness. It’s a place that pushes me to do more than I thought I could, and I always leave feeling joy (pain and suffering included). I’m grateful to be part of this gym.
