Friendly professional service and friendship, great athletes all round and extreme equipment makes this world of it's own a true place to call My Home. Fantastic experience: This review is LONG overdue (my apologies to FF and their great staff). We live about 4 months out of the year in Saskatoon, coming here from Chicago for the sake of our work. Stated succinctly, Fitness Focus is one of the high points of our travels here. Sure, the gym is a bit small sometimes but the quality of the staff, equipment, and care taken with the facility make it every bit the equal of our gyms in Chicago. I feel like I do not miss a beat with regards to fitness when I transition from my Chicago gym to FF. The equipment is great, diverse, and well maintained. Not only is the gym top notch but also the 10-pass punch card program is EXACTLY what we need and done more economically than just about everything else here in Canada. Herein I am saying that, every time we are up here, I feel bad for our brothers and sisters to the North because you pay WAY too much for everything! However, not at FF. We really appreciate this place and will continue to go every chance we get during our extended visits. Kudos to the staff and management of Fitness Focus: you do a GREAT job with EVERY aspect of operation and care of this facility!

Fantastic experience: Fitness focus was the first real job I had where I went, “Wow, so there ARE some good people left in this world!”. This gym will make you feel welcomed no matter your gym-experience or starting level, they treat you like family. From their judgement free weight area all the way to their group fitness classes where you will most DEFINITELY feel the burn; they have it all. I would recommend this gym to anyone that I wanted to feel comfortable and know for a fact that they would get all their needs met in one place. 10/10 from me!

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best in town! Plenty of free weight equipment for the serious lifters. Lots of machines too. There's a cardio Bay which is nice. For the price you can't beat it!

Fantastic experience: I started going to FF in 2015 & worked there for nearly a year beginning in 2018. The community there is unlike any other. Garret has great attention to detail, genuinely cares about his members & is one of the best employers I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to fitness focus for 8 years now and I have loved every minute of it. They have friendly staff, a great selection of both machines and free weights, a variety of bars, great tasting protein shakes, and a separate cardio room from the weights. There is also a comfortable stretching area. I recommend this gym to everyone I know.

Thanks Sam for being so good with the children. And my membership plan with the child care is so affordable. I have paid more for less elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for more than 10+ years. I have never ounce had an issue with any equipment or staff. This gym is great for people new to gyms or experienced individuals. Cannot recommend it enough.

This is the accumulation of the passion of both the staff and customers. Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Fitness Focus for over 4 years now. I tried many gyms before making this my “home.” I love the welcoming atmosphere, the older style weights and equipment, and the friendly and knowledgeable staff. It’s not just a place to workout, it’s a second family to me. We all know how important physical fitness and wellness is for our mental, physical, and emotional self. If you need a spotter, orientation to the proper use of equipment, straps because you forgot yours- they got your back. If the equipment breaks down, Garret (owner) is right there to fix it or send it for repair. It so great to see an owner who takes such pride in his gym. If you’re in saskatoon, please stop by and check this place out! One of the best in Saskatoon. You won’t be disappointed.

There is a huge variety of equipment and tons of interesting group classes. Membership options are very competitively priced. You can tell the owner really takes pride in the experience of his customers.

Fantastic experience: I used to do only classes but I recently started using the weight room too and am really enjoying it. I had a great experience when I lost my headphones, not only were they returned by a member (they could have easily been stolen) but the staff even charged them for me and had them set aside when I inquired about them the next day.

Fantastic experience: Where to start... FF has been an amazing experience for me from day 1. Back in 2007 when I started here, I didn’t have much fitness knowledge. After a few months, I was schooled on proper technique, ROM and learned a lot about eating properly. I learned this through staff and others who trained at this gym. With well over 10 years of membership, I would never forfeit my membership. The facility is clean ALL OF THE TIME. Equipment, if ever down, is only down for a limited amount of time, unless 8/10 other gyms in this city. The owner and staff make it a priority to keep everything in working order. The daycare, is a great option and price. The provider of this service; Katie is good at what she does and ensures the children are in good hands. The equipment they have is of such a wide array, there’s so many variations for certain muscle groups! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming as well as a healthy intense. Whether you’re a newbie to the gym, someone who takes classes (they have a large fitness class area so no class training done in the gym crowding the space like some of the gyms in saskatoon) or someone who wants to utilize the large cardio area, or avid gym going training for competitions, this is 100% the place for you! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Fantastic experience: Affordable rates and awesome staff! Been going here for 2 months now. They treat you like family and the instructors (and their classes) are amazing. They help and motivate you to do better each time.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with something for everyone! Old school bodybuilder feel but has group sessions for those looking to remain active as well. The staff are excellent and you can tell management care and take pride in providing quality service to it members. Very friendly atmosphere, people arent shy to say hello or work in between sets. Worth a visit if you're thinking of switching for sure.
