Positive experience: Really nice gym, been there for 2 years now. But they should definitely adjust the temperature of the gym. It’s too hot in there, especially when there’s too much people.

Fantastic experience: Great old time gym! You got the necessary cardio equipment and plenty of weight lifting machine and free weights.

Fantastic experience: Good gym. A lot of machines for bodybuilding. A quite decent amount of cardio machines. A newly added studio for athletes which makes it fair for the price.

Fantastic experience: BEST GYM IN MONTREAL! I have been going to this gym for over 10 years now and I absolutely love it! Staff is super friendly and all the members get to know each other. It does not feel like a typical gym where you go in train and leave right away. Everyone says hi and tries to help you out if you need a hand or have any fitness related questions. Many members have been going to Powerflex for over 20 years!
