Fantastic experience: The equipment is great but would improve on the music played. But the greatest qualities of this gym truly became apparent solely due to the amazing customer service and vibe Pavlos P gave my friends and family. The overall staff does a great job but Pavlos made us feel extremely comfortable and motivated here. Truly a class individual.

Fantastic experience: BEST GYM EVER! I’ve been an on and off member since 2014. I always return there, as simple as that. Gym is clean, smells good, feels good. They offer a wide range of classes, from hot yoga to spinning. I personally never tried but it’s good to know I can always try. Steam room smelling eucalyptus, sauna, women only and like 8 showers… Anything to fit a princess’ needs. WIDE range of machines from cardio to exercises. Come try for yourself… You won’t be disappointed. PS: Go in the morning if you feel like becoming a member. Ahmed will be there with the best smile and customer service!

Fantastic experience: It's been couple of months I go to Gold's Gym and I love the atmosphere, the people, the service. I feel as if I go to my second home there. My trainer Nicolas is the best. He gave me a program to follow and I saw the results after 4 sessions not even. I really recommend that trainer and that gym !!

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. When WWE holds events in Montreal, the wrestlers always come here. Which is cool! Overall serious gym, no kid running around. Easy to get motivated to train hard in this environment!

Fantastic experience: Comparing pre-pandemic, the gym has much less equipment - not mentioning the pool and jacuzzi are permanent closed. And the equipment are not well maintained. For example, a lot of pins on the weight machines are missing; it takes a strong man to adjust the height of the two stationary bikes on the main floor. The only thing keeps me staying with the gym is the friendly staffs. Especially Ahmed the guy behind the counter in weekday morning. He is polite and responsive, treats everybody like his good friend.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love this Gym. Its clean, the staff are always very friendly and energetic and very knowledgeable. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to: Marina, Matthew and Sara for being extra friendly and knowledgeable. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. It makes no sense as we go to this gym 6times/week. This is a high end GYM, if you want garbage, go to BUZZFIT :)

The one person that mostly stands out for me is Ahmed, he is one of the best people you can ever encounter, because of his kindness, his energy and the service he provides. Every morning is a great morning for me to go to the gym because he always makes my day.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Great trainers! The new machines and turf are a great addition to the facility! The facility was renovated and revamped which made it much more spacious. The safety procedures in regards to the pandemic are strict and effective! If in doubt, come see for yourself!

Fantastic experience: Staff here is amazing. They're understanding and professional. I got an amazing tour of the facility from Sara. They have an abundance of machines and weights. They even recently added turf. Oh and they have a pool and jacuzzi( hell yeah ). Best part is that all of that comes in by default.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym and atmosphere. Staffs are great. After one year lease I try to look for other options but none of other gym comparable with this. july 14,2019- i love this gym, but administration has to take extra care on security though it is members responsibility to keep our valuables safe gym administration can do more on this , my wallet got stolen 2 times within 2 months period, one time i filed a report with police and i filed 2 times incident report with gym. one of my friend called me today from the gym that 2 cars got stolen, omg that is heavy, i still stand with 5 star rating hopefully the administration keep up this in the future too by giving more attention to security..
