Firas and his coaching staff have transformed many people into combat machines while elevating the standards of the true warrior; to be compassionate, caring and humble individuals. Shout out to Tristar staff, podcast, and especially Neil Sheppard. Stick with Neil -- he really cares about his students, never gives up on anyone, and always uses positivity to motivate us.

Fantastic experience: stayed for three days and rolled with straight up killers. everybody was very helpful and willing to share their knowledge and technique. the classes are well organized, and I met great people to hang out with in between sessions. my pilgrimages will lead me back there again, I am sure. especially now that they have the dorms.
