Negative experience: Centre de yoga très mal organisé Les gens à la réception ne sont pas courtois, et ne démontre aucun intérêt pour la clientèle. J'ai oublié mon tapis, j'ai appelé à l'instant pour le mettre de côté à mon nom, le tapis n'a jamais été mis de côté. J'ai téléphoné pour être rassuré que mon tapis était bien sur les lieux, la dame au téléphone sait montrer indifférente et n'a pas fait l'effort de retrouver dans le centre. De plus, le jeune homme à l'accueil n'avait aucun sourire à notre arrivé, il était très indifférent quand je lui es demandé d’inscrire mon nom. Malgré l'appel effectué cela n'a pas été prise en charge. Bref, très mal organisé, gens insouciant, aucune empathie. J'aimerais rajouter que durant les cours les lumières restent très éclairées, la musique est sur une petite radio avec le son au minimum. L'ambiance dans la salle n'est pas au rendez-vous. L'accueille n'est pas chaleureuse. Merci

Fantastic experience: Es mi primer gym en Quebec y Brossard. Buenos entrenadores y opciones diferentes para entrenar y no aburrirte mientras lo haces. Quizás la sala de gym podría tener mejores máquinas para los ejercicios, pero los que hay, son los indispensables. La atención y dedicación de sus entrenadores hacen que de una recomendación 5 estrellas. Prueben su semana gratis y ustedes mismos saquen sus conclusiones.

Negative experience: One of the worst gym which charged a lot with the old and broken equipment. Smells bad. And charges a lot for the cancellation.

Positive experience: It's a good gym but it would be nice if someone actually turned the sauna on smh

Negative experience: What a bad experience working out in this gym. Moreover, no body will tell you that there will be cancellation fees and "it is written in your contract which you are supposed to know and you signed". And the cancellation fees are charged monthly for the remaining period. I will not respect for how it makes money and run the business. Not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym completely different than other gyms! They have Yves Rocher products in the washrooms and eucalyptus chilled face towels for cooling down! Perfect!

Fantastic experience: My one stop-shop for anything health related: the classes are amazing (Boot Camp with Richard hurts...but in a good way, and Zumba with Karine is invigorating and fun), they have a very knowledgeable dietician, an attentive massage therapist...even a registered nurse! I can't say enough about the professionalism and great customer service I get every time I'm there. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: Love the attention the staff gives each member, whether it is about your nutrition or the correct way to do the WOD. You are definietly not just a number at this gym. The pricing is fair and affordable and the best you'll find! They spoil you with all types of free perks! Not your ordinary neighborhood gym, it's your extraordinary neighborhood gym!

Fantastic experience: Pretty cool for CrossFit. Nice set-up and not crowded. It's also pretty cool to have cool, moist face towels to cool off.

Positive experience: Hi, I am going to this gym for more than six years, I like the ambient and the supervising staff. But today I was doing a Yoga exercise in day care room which is empty now, the lady who perform massage and work as a personal trainer came on started shouting at me , to leave the room. She almost pushed me and threaten to call police. I told her that I got permission from the Manager, but shewould not listen, looks very racial.

Negative experience: I hate leaving a bad review, but would like to warn the other clients to stay away from the place and save your money. I was going to this yoga place before quarantine and the experience wasn't good.The owner is normally moody and cranky with clients.I felt too hot or unwell during class ,because it was my first time doing hot yoga,but Alain didnt let me out of the room and called me a drama queen. Now I wanted to continue using my classes, but when I called the owner said he cant find my name,though I remember there was at least money worth for at least for 10 classes.And he wasnt apologetic or helpful,just said "no,I can not find you"without asking for more details. My guess, the times of closure was hard on his business, so he conveniently "took" the leftover money from me and maybe some other clients.

Positive experience: The owner is a dishonest person. After a free trial and an hour long discussion, he stroke me as a genuine person and I was glad to sign up. He told me the membership fee was 30$ with no sign up fee. Like many people, I've had negative experiences with gym memberships, so I'm always on the lookout for potential scams. This looked okay. When I wanted to sign up, I'm informed that I'm expected to pay all the taxes upfront, so the payment is not 35$ but 85$. There's no proof that the additional 50$ constitutes the taxes for the year on the contract. After having finally gotten them to edit the contract to reflect what they said, they inform me that they'll still need 20$ for the access card. Expecting to get a +/- 35$ bill, I was finally presented with an initial payment of over 100$. I felt tricked and lied to. Why does it have to be so twisted? It's 30$. Just be straight with me from the beginning and I'll be more than happy to pay what you charge.

Fantastic experience: J'ai pris quelques cours avec Nina et Alain, ils enseignent le Bikram avec passion, ça se sent! En français et en anglais... 26 postures dans une salle très grande, chauffée à 43 degrés. Le vestiaire comprends des casiers pour laisser vos effets personnels, Il y a aussi du savon dans les douches, si vous oubliez le vôtre!!! Allez-y! Suez un peu!

Fantastic experience: Mon copain et moi avons récemment acheté la semaine illimitée à 25$. Nous souhaitions essayé le yoga bikram et nous sommes vraiment enchantés de l'avoir fait. C'est très différent de ce que nous nous attendions. La première séance a été plutôt difficile, mais dès la deuxième, on sentait déjà la progression. C'est beaucoup plus aérobic et musculaire que j'aurais pensé, mais la sensation post workout est sensationnelle!

Oui, parfois nous vivons de moments inconfortable dans vos cours, mais c'est toujours dans l'optique d'aider nos corps à tolérer la douleur. Chaque fois que je visite votre centre, je vois une grande amélioration de mon endurance physique et mentale! Mille fois merci!

Fantastic experience: J'ai fait le tour de plusieurs endroits avant de trouver finalement ce centre. L'ambiance y est conviviale et les profs sont très bons pour nous guider dans la pratique. On sent qu'on apprend et qu'on peut évoluer avec eux.

J'ai particulièrement aimé les cours de Hatha flow et vinyasa !

Fantastic experience: I and my husband have recently started Bikram yoga classes for the very first time. We LOVED it!! Teachers are very polite and welcoming... and they make sure every student is following their instructions properly. We also tried hot inferno class today and I literally can feel the difference in my whole body. It’s been just 4 days to attend these classes and my stomach and mind feels so light. I am definitely going to continue both classes because I really want to see the long term results. Can’t wait to attend tomorrow’s class!!

Fantastic experience: J'ai connue le centre l'automne dernier par une amie et si je prends le temps de donner mon avis c'est que j'ai vraiment été séduite par l'endroit! Grille d'horaire très généreuse et diversifié! Chacun y trouve sont compte! Prix très abordable comparativement à ses compétiteurs! Alain le propriétaire donne un service très professionnel et on se sent immédiatement en confiance ainsi qu'avec le reste du personnel! Excellent centre! Je vous le recommande fortement!

Getting healthy and in shape is a battle for anyone and these guys will be in your corner every step of the way. I skipped out on a few weeks of training and I got emails and calls asking where I am and if there are any issues. I went in to talk about a slump I was having and got the motivation I needed from Richard to start back. If you like being in the presence of body builders and tons of iron, this is not the place for you. Go find a discount gym full of equipment and staff that don't care what you do. This gym is full of regular people achieving results on a daily basis, this adds to a great environment where all the people in your classes are supporting you no matter your level.
