Fantastic experience: I joined Wowfit with the intention of trying it for a month to bridge my workouts while in a transition but here I am three years later so happy I found Jackie and her team and their awesome workouts. I love the HIIT format and it’s always adjustable to your personal level of fitness. Being a women only fitness club is so comfortable for all ages and stages and I loved seeing the community of women that came together often becoming friends. The atmosphere is always positive, supportive and encouraging and for my ADHD brain the variety of workouts coupled with the combo of strength and cardio is perfect. It’s a 50 minute full body workout that is especially tailored to ensure your mobility and balance is also challenged. I’ve gone the gyms, online, Greco, barre, spin and other bootcamp style workouts etc but this has become by far my favorite for the workout and atmosphere
