Positive experience: People put towels on machines when they arrive at the gym (they're still wearing their coats) to reserve them while they go change. This is especially frustrating when several machines are out of order and should be addressed by management.

Negative experience: Before joining they force you to put positive review for them for a free bag and they never told us about the annual fee they took from our account when i ask the person said they take every year ($114)and also the gym is always full and have limited machines and you have to wait so the person leaves , some are broken . Please go another gym this gym is trash.

Positive experience: I recently visited this gym while searching for a new place to train, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I approached the front desk with a question, the staff member simply stared at me, then responded with “I don’t know,” offering no effort to help or find an answer. On multiple occasions, I’ve tried to get information about memberships or trials, but the staff seemed uninterested and uninformed. It gives the impression that they don’t actually want new members. I strongly recommend improving staff training and customer service.
