Expérience négative: POOR SERVICE !! Asked for a suspension of 2 months being out of the country for business which was refused!! was refered to the 20 pages policy at every steps, although sending all the proofs of my absence ! Avoid this gym

Expérience négative: It used to be a good location, but not anymore. Do not come here. Terrible management. Facilities not always maintained. There's much better gyms nearby. You will see the other reviews also point out troubling billing patterns, I can confirm they will scam you for money.

Expérience fantastique: Wow , un des meilleurs anytime que j'ai vu! Semble petit de l'extérieur mais la façon qu'il es fait c'est grand et parfait! Beaucoup de choix de machine comparer à d'autre à Gatineau... je reviendrai à 100% seule côté négatif je n'ai pas vu de locker seulement des case et les miroir salle de bain sont beaucoup trop haut pour si on dois se changer.

Expérience négative: I want to clarify that this review is not about the staff, who have been very friendly, or the cleanliness of the facility. However, I am disappointed with my recent experience. Here's what happened: I was a member who recently canceled my membership. I was informed that two final payments would be withdrawn from my account, and that I would retain access to any Anytime Fitness location until August 12. However, today—five days before that date—my access was unexpectedly terminated, and my key no longer worked. The staff kindly let me in but informed me that I needed to renew my membership. I have a letter from Anytime Fitness confirming that my membership should be valid until August 12. I am confused and disappointed.

Expérience négative: Do not get a membership here. No one ever answers your calls, and it's impossible to cancel your membership unless you go in person and find actual staff. I've went multiple times to cancel, sent emails, called and I'm still being charged.

Expérience positive: Je m'entraîne a se gym depuis plus d'un an et je le trouve très bien mais ce qui le rend un petit peu moin bien c'est le volume de la musique car la musique est tellement forte et pas trop bonne deplus je peux l'entendre a travers mes écouteurs donc sa gâche un peu ma séance.

Expérience positive: Musique terrible et beaucoup trop forte. Quand je vais au gym tard le soir, ça ne me tente pas d’avoir le son au maximum sur les speaker. Terrible expérience à ce niveau

Expérience fantastique: I've been a member for 3 months and I have only good things to say about this gym. Unlike some of the negative reviews, I think the customer service has been top notch. Frank is awesome. He welcomed me my first day at the gym and explained everything clearly regarding memberships costs. He's a very personable guy who says hi every time I come into the gym. I've also had the pleasure of dealing with Ayoub, one of the owners, who was accommodating and understanding when I injured my knee and couldn't work out for three weeks. The gym makes you feel like family and the other patrons are respectable and friendly. Keep up the good work and maintaining a clean environment! You are all doing a great job!

Ayoub et l’equipe font toujours tout ce qui est en leur pouvoir pour que l’environnement soit à son meilleur et positif. j’ai beaucoup de respect pour cette belle équipe et pour la culture maintenu sur place. 10/10

Expérience fantastique: Super beau gym, je m’entraîne avec Aiman un entraîneur personnel et il est très attentionné. Mes sessions sont toujours différentes et intéressantes et il me pousse toujours à atteindre mon maximum! Tout le monde est gentil et souriant, super belle clientèle aussi, on se sent jamais jugé et il y a beaucoup de groupes d’âges qui rend ça super aisant! Félicitations aux propriétaires, pour garder l’endroit plaisant à fréquenter et très propre! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Expérience négative: Last time I went was two years ago, the gym was clean and the music was great but a little loud. This review is based on the trainer program. If you decide to go with a trainer, do not take the one with her name that starts with S. Brown hair, always in a ponytail. At first she was great and very involved. Over time, during our sessions, she started leaving me on the treadmill and have her lunch/supper. Only to randomly come in for a minute to increase the intensity and go back in the office. If you have difficulties speaking up. DO NOT take her as your trainer. No trainer should feel comfortable using your training paid sessions as free time for them to eat. And it was a pain to cancel the membership. Never again.

Expérience fantastique: Biggest anytime fitness in north america. not to take ish about other anytimes but this one is amazing. so much space between machines and racks. there is a reason why car plates are from both quebec and ontario. I hope the managers/owner will ensure the equipment is always clean and up to date and not run down like other locations have let them be and rusty. amazing spot for all goals.

Expérience fantastique: Really clean! That was the 1st thing I noticed. It's quite a bit bigger than it looks from the road view, which seems to be the trend with their gyms lol. The wife was really happy that this location has a hack squat machine and a glute bride machine.

Expérience positive: Love the layout & location! Wish there were more stairclimbers and lower or no music at all in early morning. We workout at 4AM sometimes and it’s not the most pleasant to hear club-style music so early in the morning. Also - hot water seems very limited even for a quick shower. Nevertheless - very happy we have an Anytime in Chelsea now
