Expérience fantastique: My fellow Gym rats in plateau and Aylmer, Ive been to many gyms, and the Anytime Fitness at Plateau has been the most enjoyable fun and sociable environment. The stuff is amazing, they are very friendly and nice. Big shoutout to the staff Seb, Camille, Steph and Jess, they’re amazing and most importantly they keep the area clean at all times. Especially during the winter storms!! Great job guys, keep it up and thank you for such a great environment

Le personnel est sympa et disponible si on a besoin d’aide. Franchement, c’est un bon endroit pour s’entraîner !

Expérience négative: ***DISGUSTING*** Since past Monday the GYM DOES NOT HAVE SANITARY WIPES. It’s been 7 days!!!! This is something basic to keep the machines clean. Some of the machines already stink, they are not worried about members health skin. Sometimes I do cardio or even ride my bike to get there and I use the weight machines completely soaked and obviously many ppl do the same but with no wipes you can’t do anything. When you ask the staff they say “problem with delivery” and don’t move to fix the problem. CAN THEY NOT RUN TO OTHER Anytime Fitness LOCATIONS OR EVEN TO A GROCERY STORE TO GET SOME WIPES VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Expérience négative: Je me suis abonné à cette salle de sport pour 74 $ par mois et j'ai dû acheter un aimant électronique à 74 $ pour accéder à la salle. On m'a assuré que l'aimant serait remboursé s'il était retourné après la fin de mon mois. Cependant, lorsque j'ai essayé d'obtenir mon remboursement, ils ont refusé, invoquant une politique différente. Le personnel et le responsable ont fourni des informations contradictoires, ce qui a entraîné de la frustration et un sentiment d'escroquerie. De plus, le personnel n'est pas très poli. Le coût total s'est avéré être de 140 $ pour un mois, ce qui est déraisonnable, surtout avec un aimant non remboursable à 74 $. Je ne recommande pas cette salle de sport en raison de leur mauvaise communication, de leur manque de politesse et de leurs pratiques trompeuses.

This gym also has a machine that would calculate your body fat percentage and what not. I absolutely love everything about this gym and would recommend to everyone!

Expérience négative: FRAIS CACHÉS Salle convenable bien que petite, malheureusement peu diversifiée en terme de machine, et avec toujours beaucoup trop de monde. Le tout, pour un tarif élevé comparé à la concurrence : 65$ par mois + 45$ de frais annuels + 65$ de badges (NON REMBOURSABLES). La mauvaise expérience principale: Les gérants vous indiquent (comme argument de vente) que les frais de 65$ liés au badge sont une caution remboursable à votre départ (ce qui est vrai si vous partez dans les 3 semaines suivant votre inscription, en oubliant de vous préciser ce point important). A votre départ, vous retrouverez donc avec un très jolie badge inutile qui vous aura couté un bras. Si j’ai un conseil à vous donner, cherchez plus longuement. Vous trouverez facilement moins cher pour des salles plus grandes, et/ou avec plus d’options.

Quite the scam to pull as much money as possible out of you.

Expérience négative: I’m going to be driving a little farther to go to ANY other anytime fitness. The gym smells terrible! There is only a small area with weights, it feels very crowded. And there were no sanitation wipes tonight for the equipment.

Expérience négative: CANCELATION POLICE BE AWARE. when I went for the tour and for the week free trial the staff were very friendly and polite. They make you to sign the papers WHICH WE SHOULD READ ALL THE SMALL letters. They charge for the fob($70) plus a anual cleaning fee. When ask to cancel my plan they said that has a police of 30 DAYS NOTICE! which they didn't say before. So I was charged for this period even if I was no longer going there. The washroom are dirty and the gym is smelly. They have lots of machines for cardio but not much for weight. I was very disappointed as the friendly manager turned very sour when I said I want to cancel my subscription.

The staff are ALWAYS working hard to keep the space clean and tidy from the equipment to the bathrooms, right to the front entrance and everything in between. Expérience fantastique: I visited the gym this week. It’s big and they have a lot of equipment. They also offer personal training, I did talk to Marie, she is very friendly and open-minded. Very knowledgeable and trustable. As I could understand, trainers are all specialized in different types of training which is great ! They also have a special area for lunges which is amazing. Highly recommend it !

Expérience fantastique: The place is spacious, lots of weights and machines to use. There is a separate "dance room" where you can do exercises with "more privacy" like ab exercises or stretching. There are 4 or 5 individual bathrooms, most of which are equipped with a shower. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I've been working out there for more than a year now and I love my gym.
