Expérience fantastique: Great facility if you're looking for an all in one stop! Love that I can workout, play hockey/tennis/badminton/squash all under one roof. Easy place to spend hours at a time.

Expérience négative: I signed up for expensive pickleball group lessons. First lesson, there were more participants than there was room on the courts. Then in week 5, 3 new people showed up with zero experience. When I questioned this, I was told they could sign anyone up at anytime. A total waste of time and money. And no refund provided

Expérience négative: My wife and I were there tonight for a Christmas party and left after 45 minutes. The room was so hot that we were sweating, literally beads of sweat on our foreheads. We went outside a few times to try to cool down, told staff at the venue, but nothing changed. Numerous other people in attendance felt the same, so we just decided to leave and didn't even have dinner. It's really a shame. Update! It's been weeks and not even an apology! Excellent customer service! If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Expérience fantastique: I attended a relaxation massage with Kayla and it was an excellent service, the club has good facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. It is 100% Recommended!!

Expérience fantastique: If you're looking for a great place to skate, look no further than WWC. The rink is large and well-kept, and there are plenty of changing rooms.

Expérience négative: The place and the management is very disrespectful and are very racist and could blame and not listen to the other person.(Brent and Udhav). Never going back and suggest everyone to check other places which are Atleast respectful and have dignity to talk. I wish I could give them 0/10.

Expérience positive: Good place to go skating. There is also a nice restaurant in it that was reasonably priced. The portions were also big. There are four changing rooms for skating, and each were big.

Expérience fantastique: The Winter Club is by far one of my favourite places in Winnipeg. Friendly and helpful staff, huge selection of facilities/activities and a great atmosphere. It's nice to have the front desk greet you by name whether you're stopping in for a workout, round of squash, to use the steam room or just grab a bite from Urban Prairie. I always look forward to heading to the WWC after work. Highly recommend membership here.

Expérience négative: My two grandsons participated in a sports camp in August 2020. When registering my grandsons, the tri racquet camp was full so I registered them in the junior rec camp. After their first day in the junior rec camp, I asked if there were any cancellations and spots available in the tri racquet camp. I was advised that spots were available in the tri racquet camp. My grandsons were allowed to transfer from the junior rec camp to the tri racquet camp but due to scheduling of the instructors, they were only to participate in the tri racquet camp for 70% of the camp. Although my two grandsons attended the junior rec camp for only 2 days, Winnipeg Winter Club charged the full fee (5 days) for the junior rec camp and the full fee for 3 days of the tri racquet camp. I was advised that the two camps are independent of one another and have completely different and separate budgets. It is unreasonable for the Winnipeg Winter Club to charge for both camps. There was no consideration given by management that my grandsons participated in the junior rec camp for only 2 days and were only allowed to participate in the tri racquet camp for 70% of the time on each day.

Expérience négative: Need to figure themselves out. COVID protocol is a joke. Cant decide if spectators are allowed or not. Girl on phone yes. In person no. Kayla who works there needs to be fired as she cant answer a single question. Will be reporting to city to make sure they start taking covid seriously. And hopefully they get rid of useless staff.

Expérience fantastique: I participated a couple of times as a guest in the business club. There was a great opportunity to meet people from different business areas. The lunch was always delicious, and the customer attention fantastic. The place is always clean, employees very friendly and there a lot of activities you can do like sports, meetings and recreation. I had to make a presentation, using a projector and a screen they have available, so the meeting was great. I'm going to be a member for sure!

Not only a rec facility, get the feeling of belonging in a tight knit community. They offer a variety of classes and events, every month has something new or different.

The dressing rooms are very tiny, and the attached bathrooms and showers are very run down and old. The rink does offer stands for spectators to watch, but they are very small and cramped. There is only stands on one side of the rink

Expérience négative: I play hockey here. The ice is decent but the change rooms are easily the dirtiest I've ever been in! Bring your skate guards because there is more gravel on the floor than in the parking lot. Hard to believe that this rink is owned and operated by a private club.

Expérience fantastique: I'm a little confused by the post regarding the person not being allowed to watch his daughter do her swim classes. There's a public viewing area in the ice café where you can watch your child swim-I know because I've used it. Perhaps he was unaware and the staff misunderstood his question however I do not think the 1 star is warranted. The club and it's staff have always been courteous and polite and accommodating.

Expérience positive: Great Gym, great people & good place to go to have a game of tennis or squash or if you wanna go for a skate in the arena. I Always like going for a quick dive in the pool after a long day. Always really clean, and staff are always accomidating and friendly.
